Italy Travel Review: Sicily, Ragusa, Cefalu, Siracusa, Taormina,...

The trip itself was OK. We loved getting to know Sicily and the itinerary provided by Zicasso's travel company was very interesting. The suggestion I would make for new travelers to this region is that they choose another time, instead of May. We expected warmer weather.

Another suggestion is that if you are going to rent a car, choose a small one. The cities are really small (downtown), so the streets are very narrow. You have to be very careful when driving. In Ragusa, a parking lot near the best part of the city should be recommended (I have already told the travel consultant about that).

As for the rest, everything went just fine and I would recommend visiting Sicily.

Spain, Portugal, France Vacation Review: Lisbon, San Sebastian,...

My husband and I just returned from a three-week trip in France, Spain, and Portugal planned by Zicasso's travel agent. It was an amazing trip, with every detail thoughtfully planned.

Our agent recommended a couple of tours and activities that had not been part of my plan for the trip, but I went with her recommendations and was so glad I did. They ended up being some of the highlights of our trip. Her restaurant recommendations were spot-on. The car service provided in each country made our travel so effortless and, therefore, much more enjoyable.

Her local team member was amazing. Whenever I reached out via WhatsApp, she replied in minutes (it always seemed instantaneous) and helped resolve or address my question/ask. I would definitely use her and her team again.

Italy Trip Review: Sicily, Cefalu, Erice, Ortigia, Private...

We had a fabulous Sicily trip!

We had an amazing trip itinerary put together by Zicasso's trip planner. She listened to our requests and added places we didn’t know about.

The private drivers were always on schedule and all our tour guides were personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about their jobs. 5+ stars to our drivers and tour guides.

The accommodations provided were in excellent locations to shops and restaurants.

We didn’t have to worry about anything other than having an amazing time!

We highly recommend this tour agency!

Thank you!

Croatia Tour Review: Zagreb, Opatija, Split, Dubrovnik,...

Our Zicasso travel specialist was tremendously helpful in planning and coordinating our 10-day family trip to Croatia.  Planning started in February and we traveled in May. After explaining that our trip was to discover our family history in Croatia and noting a special connection that we had with the country, she immediately focused on how to make the trip a truly special journey for us. She ensured we had the appropriate guides for each of the cities we visited and ensured our tours were tailored to our needs and interests. The hotels were all excellent and the transportation arrangements were well-coordinated and comfortable.

Our agent also made sure to highlight places of interest and restaurants that would accommodate our dietary requirements. She was accessible to us throughout the entire trip and regularly checked in and communicated with us. When we had an issue with a lost passport, she went above and beyond the call, working with the hotel and transportation provider to help us locate it, as well as providing contact information for the US Embassy.

Spain, Portugal Tour Review: Barcelona, Madrid, Seville,...

Originally, I planned to organize our month-long trip to mainland Spain. After spending some time with it, I decided to enlist the help of a travel agency. I interviewed three Zicasso travel agencies and asked them to provide a draft itinerary on what to see for our first trip to Spain. We even had to pay $100 to one of the agencies (not this one).

The travel planner at this company provided an itinerary that was far superior to the other agencies. We received a well-thought-out plan to explore Spain. It included travel by plane, trains, and automobiles, and allowed for some free time to explore on our own, as requested.I also asked for a side trip to France from Barcelona, but the travel planner was the only one who recommended we go to Portugal instead. I hadn’t considered that before, but it turned out to be an excellent choice, especially with regards to its proximity to Spain. The travel agent organized everything for us. The drivers were on time and personable. All the hotels were four stars and quite nice, and in excellent locations. The recommended sightseeing trips were fantastic and the tour guides were excellent. When traveling, a few questions came up and he was responsive, getting back to us quickly. The travel agency also had a 24-hour number we could call, but we never needed it.Enlisting the expertise of this travel agency to help plan our trip was probably one of the best things we ever did for ourselves. The travel planner did the hard work and we got to just enjoy ourselves exploring this beautiful country. We highly recommend this travel agency to anyone planning a trip to Spain.

Italy Trip Review: Rome, Food, Culture, History, 7 Nights...

We had an outstanding trip. Everything went exactly as planned and the Zicasso team was always available if any unexpected situation arose. The hotels exceeded our expectations and the tour guides and transfers were excellent. I have no complaints. It was a stress-free experience that went above and beyond what I anticipated. My family absolutely loved it.
