What a fantastic trip! It was so well organized and planned, we were able to just relax and enjoy our vacation. It was a one-month journey to Africa, visiting Botswana, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. We always felt taken care of.

The safari portion of our trip could not have been more perfect. We were able to see the animals from very near on night drives and bush walks, with very few other jeeps to disturb the environment. The private concessions are an amazing way to truly experience the animals.

We also explored Cape Town on a number of fantastic private tours. We watched the southern right whales off the coast of Hermanus, tasted some delicious wines in the Winelands, explored charming small towns, tried local cuisine, hiked Table Mountain, and so much more.

We were very happy with Zicasso and the travel company. There were no hitches. All of the guides, drivers, and hotels were wonderful.

My husband came down with bronchitis in Egypt and the hotel immediately got him a doctor. The Egypt travel company continued to monitor his condition throughout the trip.

This trip to South Africa was a bucket-list trip for us. Everything went amazingly smoothly.

Our guide in Cape Town was an absolute gem! I would highly recommend! Our hotel was very nice, and the employees were friendly and helpful.

I can't say enough about the lodge in the game reserve! Lovely accommodations, delicious food, attentive staff, and amazing game drives! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about all the animals, birds, and even insects and plants. I never knew termites were so interesting! We saw something every day. The location was absolutely stunning.

Zicasso's tour partner helped us plan the perfect trip for our first time in Africa. Each location and the associated hotels and lodges were perfectly situated, with wonderful amenities and staff who could never do enough for us. Although we stayed in five locations throughout South Africa and Zimbabwe, each flight, connection and arrival greeting went off without a single hitch. The staff were always a phone call, text or email away if we had any questions or issues (which we did not)!

Our agent was helpful in almost every step of the process. The only thing I would’ve asked for is that she helped coordinate international flights. It seemed odd that she couldn’t help with that. She absolutely blew me away with the recommendations she gave us. Our budget was higher than average as this was our honeymoon trip, but the lodging, activities, dining, and all of the transfers and guides in between were absolutely amazing.

Our trip to Southern Africa (Botswana and Zimbabwe) was nothing short of amazing! Our travel consultant created a great itinerary and took care of every detail associated with small-craft flights, greetings at airports, etc. The coordination was seamless!

We highly recommend staying at the camps within the reserves as this provides a different experience to the national parks. We felt like we were the only ones there. We were deeply touched by the love and warmth of the resort staff, who go out of their way to welcome you and assist with any needs you may have. Our guide was brilliant, his knowledge, experience, and patience incredible!

This was our second trip through Zicasso and we highly recommend the company for its interest in helping to make our trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We wanted to let you know how much we appreciated all of the local guides. Our guide in Cape Town was wonderfully knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Our guides in Victoria Falls were also wonderful.

The private game reserve was the perfect choice, with a warm, welcoming crew, lovely accommodations, and knowledgeable professional guides and trackers. And delicious, abundant food. The hotel at Victoria Falls was also lovely, with very friendly, professional staff.

Everyone across the board was helpful, accommodating, and respectful of our mom’s need for a little extra help (with the exception of Lufthansa in Frankfurt). We didn't book them through you, but wanted to give you the heads up in case you use them in the future for disabled or mobility-impaired guests. Every single person we encountered in Africa was kind and respectful, and we really appreciated that.

Our trip exceeded all expectations. Our Zicasso travel agent provided us with all the information we needed and answered all of our questions quickly. Before planning the itinerary, he listened to what we were hoping to get out of this trip and those interests were reflected in the itinerary he planned for us.

Our guides were excellent and the accommodations were wonderful. Everyone had been informed before our arrival that we were vegetarians, and we were provided with wonderful meals.
