His knowledge is extensive, his wife handled all financial matters, and the fact that his daughter resides in Kenya and has firsthand knowledge and insight into all of our camps was an added bonus. Zicasso's travel company, as well as the people who worked on planning and scheduling our trip, was simply great. Our trip went off without a hitch and compared to how we usually travel, it seemed too easy at times; we didn’t even need to remember our itinerary because there was someone always there to remind us what or where we were going and to help us at border crossings or with plane flights. I don’t want to write "idiot proof," but pretty much, it was… in a good way.
The information and instructions on what we needed to have for our trip were easy to understand and completed easily because of the information and guidance provided by the folks at the travel company.
