Zicasso’s travel company planned an incredible trip for our family of four (including two teens) to Japan. From the beautiful hotel accommodations to the intricate train and subway transfers, the details of our trip were carefully planned and customized to our schedule.
Our travel specialist took time to answer all of our questions and plan sightseeing itineraries to accomplish all of our wish list! I really appreciated the detailed information on how to fill out luggage transfer forms or how to use the IC metro cards.
Our tour guides were locals who were extremely knowledgeable in everything from historical facts to pop culture and off-the-beaten-path finds. We're already missing Japan and can't wait to plan our next trip with the travel company.

Having had Japan during the cherry blossom season on our bucket list for a very long time, it was important to use the services of an experienced and trustworthy travel agent. Zicasso’s travel specialist not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The icing on the cake included a private traditional tea ceremony, a visit to an out-of-the-way tea plantation, and a remarkable remote temple where we were the only people present. Personal English-speaking guides throughout, including the travel specialist while in Kyoto, made the trip stress-free and fun.
