It was an outstanding trip, all went smoothly. We used public transport for most traveling, with tickets and very clear instructions given by Zicasso’s travel company. The guides provided were very good. Initial organization was done by several Zoom calls, with our preferences for the trip strongly listened to.

Zicasso’s travel specialist and her entire team did a great job helping us plan our trip to Japan. With five people coming from multiple locations and having many different interests, our travel specialist and the travel company put together a two-week tour for us that was exceptional. It was the perfect balance of touring with outstanding guides and free time for shopping and exploring Tokyo and Kyoto on our own.

We really enjoyed our trip to Japan and Vietnam. Zicasso’s tour company was very pleasant to work with—crafting our itinerary and answering my questions. We received a free dinner in Hue and an upgrade to business class on our flight from Danang to Osaka (very much appreciated). Our hotels and guides were good quality.

The accommodations were outstanding. The guides and drivers were excellent, and the communication throughout the trip could not have been better.

Overall, our experiences with Zicasso’s tour operator for our 15-day trip to Japan were excellent. Communication with our travel agent was very good. The outcome of our full itinerary was very good. All recommended activities and sights were very good and only a couple of many we would have left out. We did have a couple of hiccups that the tour operator resolved quickly.
