Rick did an amazing job planning our trip. We had numerous tours as well as multiple flights scheduled within the country and everything went so smoothly. We started planning this trip with Rick when Australia was still closed due to Covid. Rick was very communicative and kept us apprised of what was going on with the the reopening of the country. Also, we spoke with Rick about our budget for the trip, the length of our travel, our activity level, and the sights we wanted to see. After our conversation, Rick proposed a jam packed itinerary which not only stayed within our budget, but provided a ton of activities. After a short email exchange, we tweaked the itinerary very slightly. Approximately a month before our trip, Rick met with us via WebEx and spend roughly two hours going over all the details of the trip. This was EXTREMELY helpful. I would highly recommend Rick for your future travel plans. We were very happy!!

This was a trip of a lifetime. We worked well together, came up with an awesome itinerary for 6 weeks to New Zealand and Australia. You name it we were going to do it. This truly was an itinerary with planes, trains & automobiles. Let's not forget to include boats, helicopter, camel and kayak. We had such a variety of things planned including wine tasting in both NZ and Australia. I can't say enough good things about our travel company!!! In the planning stages they even spoke to us about where and when to go as far as seasons and which way to go whether it be Australia first or NZ. As it turned out, the recommendation to go to New Zealand first was perfect. We were saved the experience of Australia for only a few weeks and maybe being stuck there! No stone was left unturned, even when the fires occurred in Australia. Our impact was going to be minimal. We left the US on March 9th for NZ arriving on the 11th. No problems with Covid-19, we continued on with our itinerary. Sailing in the harbor in Auckland, wine tasting on a beautiful little island outside of Auckland. On to Queenstown which is delightful and Milford Sound for an overnight on a ship. Absolutely beautiful. Glad we did this vs a day trip or boat ride. We flew back to Queenstown, which I'd recommend because you have a great overview of the mountains. Breathtaking!! Picked up a rental car and drove to Franz Josef to climb the glacier. We're an older couple, but this was an incredible, first-time experience! My husband still marvels! We took a train to Christchurch which is still suffering the after effects of the 2011 earthquake. Again a train up the Pacific Coast which is beautiful to Nelson. Kayaking, hiking and a catamaran in the Tasman Sea. What scenery!! Up to Rotorua for more fun. Well this is where the wheels starting coming off of our fun. Things got cancelled because of Covid-19 and the ever changing environment of new shut downs and what the government was asking of people and vacationers. Starting on the 15th of March our travel agent was continually in contact with us about Covid-19 and how our itinerary was going to be impacted. She made alternative suggestions, we made the decision to extend in NZ. As our trip went along, things kept changing.... NZ decided to shut down on March 25 midnight. Our new flight home was March 29, then March 27. She worked with us so closely and was so helpful she actually got us a flight home on March 25. While we were having fun and enjoying ourselves, this company was working for us behind the scenes. You can't ask for more than that!! By the way, we came home and quarantined. To date, we're healthy.

Our 23 day trip began on Lake Lucerne in Switzerland and gradually progressed south to Positano Italy. We got very lucky and had bright sunshine every day but one with un-seasonally warm temperatures for October. Everything went so very smoothly for the 4 of us and our travel company stayed in contact daily to make sure we wanted for nothing.

Our trip. like so many others I'm sure, had been postponed due to Covid. After a year of planning for our first trip scheduled for April 2020, we were finally able to take our trip in September of 2022. We were fortunate to have nearly the identical itinerary as the original trip due in no small part to the efforts of Kate from the travel company. I really enjoyed working with Kate. Even though she's in New Zealand and I'm in the US, there was never any problem keeping in touch. She has an easy-going style that I really appreciated, she's knowledgeable and thorough and she was patient with me! We were blown away by all the details that had been handled for us from private transportation from hotels and airports, to the unique hotels we stayed in and the tours that were booked for us. We loved every minute of it and were well taken care of. Covid added many challenges but Kate seemed to take it in stride and just kept moving forward. I would highly recommend Kate and her travel company.

We went to French Polynesia. I was extremely impressed with Jo and how she was able to make accommodations for our trip as it changed during the planning phase. She was able to secure us everything we needed when our plans finally materialized. The trip itself was amazing and we were so happy that all the planning paid off. The airport transfers were amazing and we had no problems feeling lost or frustrated by any part of the trip. The only thing I would say was even a little hiccup was having to wait in Mo'orea after checking out as the Hotel could not accommodate late checkout. We made do by renting e-bikes and traveling around the island. But again, overall, it was an amazing trip and we are grateful to Jo for for making it so special!!

Planning the trip was easy. The travel designer had first hand knowledge of both places we wanted to go to and kept to our budget while helping us plan a great trip. Our trip ended up being ten days total with five nights in Bora Bora and four in Tahiti. Due to Covid restrictions and lockdowns on the islands, we ended up postponing our trip. She was very helpful in getting everything rescheduled for our new dates. During the trip, she checked in and when two of our activities were canceled due to the weather she was in contact and helped us reschedule or get a refund.
In Bora Bora, we stayed in an overwater bungalow and the views were incredible. We were able to jump directly into the ocean and snorkel around our balcony. We enjoyed a helicopter ride over Bora Bora as an introduction to the island - it was breathtaking to see the beautiful water and land from above. We did a 4x4 land tour to learn more about the history and culture of the island and the people. The lagoon tour to swim with sharks, rays, eels and many fish in the coral gardens was an amazing snorkeling experience. The jet ski tour was fun to see the water color change up close and explore around the island. In Tahiti we had a car so we explored the island at our own pace and visited many places along the way - waterfalls, took an impromptu hike in the water gardens and just enjoyed the beautiful scenery. We ended our trip with a whale watching tour, we saw a mother and baby whale from a distance on our boat. As a bonus we saw spinner dolphins leaping from the water and a sea turtle. What a great way to end the trip! Overall we enjoyed working with the travel designer and would recommend others to plan a trip with her - Bora Bora/Tahiti are true paradises everyone should see! Zicasso made planning our dream vacation easy, we look forward to using them again for our next vacation.
