Our family trip to Morocco was so well planned. I reached out to Zicasso's travel agency after I talked to two other travel agents. I had a feeling our agent would deliver what we wanted. This was absolutely true! We met on Zoom many times to modify our itinerary and he was always so professional, yet he was very young, almost the same age as our sons, I assume.

Upon arrival, he fast-tracked us through the airport. He was at the airport with our driver to greet us. I requested more drinking water in the car and for our hotel rooms, and he promised without any hesitation. Not only that, he stocked up our van with delicious nuts and dry fruits so we wouldn't be hungry. 

We changed our itinerary many times due to our health situation and he accommodated everything. Not only that, he checked with me all the time to make sure we were OK. We really felt we were at home, not in a foreign country. He was so welcoming. 

On the way out, when our driver found out from the fast-track agent at the airport that our terminal was too busy, the agent came to meet us and took us through another terminal to avoid the crowd. The agent was so kind to walk with my husband, who has movement issues. This detailed service made us think the travel agency was the best. 

We are so glad we went to Morocco. It is such a beautiful country, with kind people. I am also glad I connected with Zicasso to find our agent – the best young agent.

This was an extraordinary trip. We traveled through cities, Berber villages, mountains, valleys, and the Sahara Desert. We experienced the beauty, richness, and complexity of Morocco, and we met wonderful people along the way who shared their customs, history, and stories with us. The trip truly exceeded our expectations.

What a great trip! Zicasso’s tour operator and her people laid out everything so wonderfully! They were with us every step of the way. From great tours to fantastic restaurants to top-notch hotels, they planned all of it to perfection. They even had the trains planned, including the switch in Paris from one station to the other.

Our trip was to Istanbul. We spent five full days there. Our Zicasso travel specialist did an amazing job. Every detail was thought through and last-minute requests were handled very quickly and very well.

We had a marvelous, very knowledgeable private guide who knew a great deal about history, architecture, and local culture, just as we had requested. We visited all the major sights in great depth: the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, spice market, and much more, then added on a few, like the Basilica Cistern and a later mosque by the architect of the Mosque of Suleiman the Magnificent. Our guide was very flexible and focused on our interests. Lunch was included every day and no matter where we were, our guide was able to find a great choice, with local food, as we wanted, and with air conditioning, which was pretty important given the temperatures were in the high 80s at peak.

On that note, our agent’s team was able to help us out by getting private transportation at a discounted price when the extra walking in the heat needed to use public transportation started to trigger my migraines. Overnight, his team arranged private transportation for us, which really saved the trip for me.

Overall, I highly recommend our agent and his team for a trip to Turkey. The excellence of the arrangements, our amazing guide, and the quick response to last-minute issues make me confident they would be an outstanding choice for anyone.

Our trip with Zicasso’s tour company was wonderful. The agent really listened to our specific needs and designed a great trip for us. The country, of course, was wonderful, but the agency was what made the trip amazing. They chose the properties and knocked it out of the park. We loved all our riads and each had fabulous food, so we rarely went elsewhere.

Our trip around Morocco from north to south included a lot of driving. The driving agency, specifically our driver, was amazing. He spoke excellent English and knew his country well. He also had a fun personality and the heart of a servant. He literally made our trip. We were sad to say goodbye. We also enjoyed all our guides at each location. 

Besides the Fes market foot tour, the best was the two photo tours arranged by our travel company. We had one in Chefchaouen and one in Marrakech. This entailed a professional photographer leading us to beautiful architectural or scenic spots and capturing us in them. What a memory. My Instagram will be blowing up!! Ha ha. Seriously though, we have some great shots and memories. 

Another highlight was horseback riding in the Atlas Mountains. It was just us and our guide, and we saw no other people in the stunning countryside and mountains during our three-hour ride. So fantastic. I can't say enough good things about this trip. We loved it.

TRIP OF A LIFE TIME WITH OUR TRAVEL AGENCY TO ISRAELThis is a first rate tour company.  LeeAnn and the team took care of everything from transfers, hotels, spa requests and tour.We were matched with an outstanding guide.  He made the trip one I won't ever forget.Because of him the tours were fascinating, informative and custom tailored to our culinary, cultural interests and physical stamina level.This was truly a trip of a lifetime. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hiking through Timna Park (one of the most beautiful National Parks in the World) with this great guide at the helm, made this a memorable experience.The icing was a show they booked in Eilat called the WOW Vegas show.This was a family friendly cirque de solie show done as a theatre production. The airlines had an unforseen delay which required us to stay overnight.The travel agency arranged all the additional transfers and hotel reservations.I think this must be one of the leading private tour companies in Israel.Personally would recommend using them if you want a grand experience in Israelnot cramped with 40 plus people and truly want to enjoy the sights and sounds of Israel.

The Zicasso tour operator was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He told us he wanted us to have the best possible trip and that nothing was too much trouble. I believe that was his intention.

For example, when the Wi-Fi aboard the cruise turned out to be very poor, our guide immediately got a data SIM for our phones. We had two guides, one for Cairo and the north and one for Luxor and the south. Both were very experienced and well-versed in their knowledge of the history of Egypt and the monuments they were guiding us through.

Our hotels in Cairo and Alexandria were entirely acceptable. We were, however, disappointed that sometimes we were taken for lunch at tour bus restaurants. It would have been much nicer if a quieter and more intimate restaurant had been selected. By contrast, in Suez, we were guests at a private social club and treated to an incredible lunch as we watched massive ships glide by so close to us. It would have also been nice to have had more information on tipping customs, since every country is different.

My daughter and I just returned from our trip to Egypt. I have wanted to return since 1978 when my husband and I were there, and it has been a dream to go back with our daughter. We once again used Zicasso and they put us in touch with this travel agency; our experience with every member of their team was outstanding.  

Our agent planned our trip and was unfailingly responsive to any request, managing to incorporate everything we wanted to see and do without us feeling rushed and getting exhausted. All of his recommendations were perfect, especially his selection of lodging and the Nile river cruise (the vessel offered understated elegance and fantastic food and service). We were met on arrival in Cairo and shepherded through the entry process; the quality of service was phenomenal from that moment on.  

The team handled the trip logistics beautifully, from an additional museum trip to procuring birthday flowers for me for my best friend who was also traveling in Egypt with her husband. There was a great benefit in having dedicated (and very skillful drivers) at each location as well. The trip, from start to finish, was trouble-free.

Most of all, we were very blessed to have our private guide. Her knowledge and professionalism were superb. She was a wonderful teacher, a lovely person, and we thoroughly enjoyed learning from her.  

This travel agency made a dream trip come true in spectacular fashion; five stars across the board. Thanks to Zicasso for, once more, providing a fantastic tour company.
