We had a wonderful trip to England and France that this travel company helped us plan and organize! We really appreciated how they listened to our interests and suggested activities that we would enjoy. We were very pleased with the hotels and guides they arranged for us. The travel app was a great resource for us during our trip. Also, our travel agency was very responsive and helpful when we had questions during our trip. We would not hesitate to use this travel team again for a future trip.

I am at a loss for words on how to truly describe how wonderful everything was on our trip to the UK. We have created hundreds of new and amazing memories that will stay with us forever. This travel company was a pleasure to work with from our first call to the moment we arrived home. They took our feedback into consideration for each decision they made while planning and it showed in the final itinerary. When something goes wrong (there is ALWAYS something on a 3 week trip) they were there to help and make the best of the situation. We have worked with several travel companies over the years and this travel agency provided a level of service above and beyond.

Zicasso and the travel company did an amazing job helping us plan our trip to Ireland and making sure that everything went smoothly once we got there. Claire listened to what we wanted and set up a fabulous itinerary, taking care of all the details from booking hotels, to tours to drivers. They were able to accommodate requested changes - both before we left and in real time as we were touring through Ireland. Claire and crew were super responsive and made sure all the details were covered. Besides taking care of the details, they did a fabulous job of arranging tour guides. We had a private tour of Dublin and our guide was amazing. He personalized the tour to our specific interests, was so knowledgeable and fun. We had a private driver/guide for a day trip from Dublin to Glendalough and the Wicklow Mountains. He also was very knowledgeable and showed us some amazing places off the beaten path. For our 5 days touring south and western Ireland, we had the same driver/guide who stayed with us the whole time. He was knowledgeable and fun, and an expert driver - which is needed on the small, winding roads of Ireland driving on the left side. Our driver/guide did a great job helping us adjust our itinerary when the weather was bad, telling us stories of each town we drove through, showing us amazing sights and making sure everything went smoothly with our hotels and tours. He did an amazing job and kept us right on schedule without any bit of rush, and we were trying to see it ALL in 9 days!I can't imagine a better trip to Ireland and we couldn't have done it without Claire, our guides, and Zicasso/travel company. If you want to travel with no worries, they should be your first call.

Our 23 day trip began on Lake Lucerne in Switzerland and gradually progressed south to Positano Italy. We got very lucky and had bright sunshine every day but one with un-seasonally warm temperatures for October. Everything went so very smoothly for the 4 of us and our travel company stayed in contact daily to make sure we wanted for nothing.

Our travel company worked hard to design a trip that met the wishes of my family. The agents were friendly and answered all questions in a timely manner. When looking back at our photos, it is easy to see this agency helped create many wonderful memories for us.

This travel company did an outstanding job of coordinating the many aspects of this trip that I asked for. The suggested itinerary and the process to fine tune it was so thoughtful and thorough. The number of days per location was perfect. The guides were exceptional as were the drivers and transfers. The hotels were very nice and some were spectacular. The arrangements for getting around Europe via plane, train and boat were perfectly orchestrated. During the trip, I had a few questions and asked for a small change to the plan. The travel agency was always available and quick to respond. Exceptional service! Thank you for an amazing trip!

The trip was an overview and introduction to Ireland and Scotland for Carolyn and Me. This travel company made all the arrangements after considerable conversation with me, and things worked out very well indeed. Enough of each country was visited to give us a good "feel" for things, and to point us towards favorites for a return trip sometime. The hotels selected by our travel agency were uniformly terrific. We wanted "good" but not "luxe", with "historic" when available, and their selection was perfect. We prefer to make most meal arrangements ourselves, but on those where this travel team arranged, all was just right. Can't praise them highly enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with our travel agency. Paula was fantastic to work with and truly made our 25th-anniversary trip the best it could be! She was quick to respond to any questions or needs and willing to work with us on a short timeline (not to mention a lengthy wish list of must-sees!). We were a bit trepidatious about traveling after COVID lockdown and that was still a concern, but everything worked out. Paula gave us a sense of calm about making the trip. I will recommend Paula (and Zicasso) to anyone visiting The Emerald Isle.

Most, but not all, of the recommended/booked accommodations were great. There was a huge lack of recommendations for bars, restaurants, sights, and activities within a town. What was recommended was consistently found on trip advisor, Google, and other touristy websites which we could have discovered on our own. My previous experience with other travel agencies, including through Zicasso, was that agencies provided significantly more unique, personalized, curated, and thoughtful recommendations. Overall, our trip felt like something we could have/would have booked on our own, which was very unlike our prior experiences with Zicasso. Our travel company’s communication was marginal at best, which, again, was very unlike our experience with other travel agencies through Zicasso. While we understand staffing shortages, the extreme delay in communication before the trip was frustrating. Aside from delayed communication, there was little transparency and communication overall. We had a lodging location changed literally a few days before our trip began without explanation or discussion. Our international airport (Dublin) was facing extreme staffing shortages and thereby significantly long wait times, so much so that locals and airport employees recommended arrival to the airport at least 4 hours ahead of departure time. We heard nothing of this from our travel company; in previous experiences with Zicasso, the travel agencies were always abreast to travel information. In fact, our travel company had our airport transfer scheduled for us to arrive at the airport with less than the recommended time. It took us, the paying customers, to reach out to the company to change this. This, in our opinion, should have 100% been monitored and handled by the travel company. Likewise, the US dropped the COVID-19 testing to return to the states, while we were on our trip. Again, we heard nothing from our travel company (a US-based company) regarding this. It was us, the paying customers, who reached out to verify this information.
