Our travel specialist was great. She was able to plan a wonderful and adventurous trip to Ireland for me and my three sons. There was plenty of time to explore on our own and just the right amount of guided tours. It made things so easy that tickets and transportation were all arranged. We had an amazing family trip to Italy and Zicasso’s travel company played a huge role in making it such a success. From the start, communication was quick and easy, and our travel specialist provided excellent recommendations and advice throughout the planning process. She was incredibly responsive and flexible when we added another traveler and made adjustments to our itinerary.
Every detail was handled seamlessly. Transportation was always on time, our guides were knowledgeable and engaging, and all tours ran smoothly. Even the semi-private tours had very small groups, which made for a much more personalized experience.
Customer service during the trip was outstanding, with fast responses whenever we had questions. We would absolutely recommend the travel company and would gladly use them for a future trip to Italy.

Zicasso's travel company did an excellent job planning my trip to Scotland and Ireland with my college friend. I chatted with our travel specialist about what we would like to do and our interests, and she customized a trip for us. We did not want to be part of a tour group of 20+ people. We preferred a more personalized experience.
The hotels were immaculate, with a great variety at breakfast and attentive staff. The tours and excursions were amazing, with extremely personable and knowledgeable guides. There was a great balance of tours, excursions, and free time to explore. All the details were compiled in a binder, with additional information to help us along the way. The attention to detail made our experience so much better.

The hotels, excursions, and restaurants that they reserved for us were all so nice. And the fact that we never had to worry about figuring out how we were going to get from one spot to the next made traveling through multiple countries so much easier.
We will definitely use them again for a trip like this.
