We had a great time. The travel arrangements were seamless, which was impressive given the number of arrangements that had to be made. The drivers and hotel staff were efficient and courteous. We had some wonderful guides. All the hotels had lovely grounds. The room at the hotel in La Fortuna was wonderful.

We loved our trip. Zicasso's travel specialist did an awesome job of listening to what we wanted ahead of time and tailoring the itinerary to that.
We had one very minor issue where a tour was running late to pick us up and we were able to get in touch with him easily to make sure we were still on track, which he confirmed as they arrived. We'll reach out to them for sure when it's time to go back.... Show More

We had an excellent trip. Everything Zicasso's travel partner suggested was top-notch, from the hotel accommodations to the tours. It was customized to the type of trip we wanted. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I have traveled extensively around the world with various companies. I think Zicasso's tour company may be the best. They were very responsive and flexible to the changes I needed to make during the trip and the concierge they assigned to me in Belize was awesome.
