For example, we were running late to one of our activities and she was able to reach out to the guide and let him know. It really took all the stress out of traveling. Zicasso’s travel specialist and his whole team were fantastic to work with. They made everything so easy. While we were traveling, if we had any questions at all, we could text them and we almost always had a response within just a few short minutes.
The hotels, excursions, and restaurants that they reserved for us were all so nice. And the fact that we never had to worry about figuring out how we were going to get from one spot to the next made traveling through multiple countries so much easier.
