Our travel specialist and his entire team went above and beyond to ensure our journey was safe, seamless, and completely worry-free. He was always available to answer questions—whether about security concerns (the Middle East war began just weeks before our departure) or arranging a last-minute day trip to Alexandria while we were still in Luxor. We even met via Zoom to finalize our itinerary. He handled every logistical detail, from domestic flights, transfers, and our Nile River cruise to dining recommendations and sightseeing plans.

The itinerary he crafted was perfect, capturing everything we hoped to see and do. He was attentive, flexible, and consistently helpful with suggestions and adjustments along the way.

In Cairo, our Egyptologist and our driver were exceptional—warm, knowledgeable, and so friendly that they quickly felt like family. We learned so much about Ancient Egypt, Alexandria, and the historic sites of Old Cairo. In Luxor and throughout our Nile River cruise, our guide was equally wonderful: attentive, kind, and deeply informative.

After much back and forth, the eventual choice of our hotel in Cairo was excellent. Our hotel in Alexandria was a beautiful site, although not as convenient as the hotel in Cairo.

The travel specialist completely embraced my vision for a vacation and tailored his suggestions accordingly. As a result, the vacation was at a perfect pace and allowed me to see everything I was dying to visit.

Zicasso’s travel company did such a great job putting the trip together. I was charged for an extra night at our hotel in Paris, but they are refunding that and the Cairo portion of the trip we had to cancel.

Our Paris tour guide was great and I’d recommend her to anyone. Our Rome tour guides were very good. Hong Kong was fine. Our Tokyo guide was wonderful.

Really, the only hiccup on the trip was our hotel in Hong Kong. The company that picked us up dropped us at one hotel, not the correct one. Thankfully, a couple of their bellhops walked us and all our luggage several blocks to the correct hotel. Our tour guide the next day also went to the wrong hotel, but we only lost about 45 minutes before we figured out the issue. If you use that hotel again, please make sure folks know which hotel is which.

The "Fast and Furious" car experience was OK; however, my grandson was so tired he slept through most of it. The chopstick-making was fun, as was the glass-blowing experience.

The agreed-upon services were provided by Zicasso's travel company. The staff who assisted us were very professional and attentive to every detail and our needs. They resolved several unexpected situations and always offered advice to help us make our decisions. We thoroughly enjoyed every activity, feeling safe and comfortable.
