Zicasso's travel agency was great; very attentive and responsive. They booked excellent sites and events with great local tour guides. Even when there was a bump in the road on an issue, the company was prompt in rectifying it, handling it extremely professionally.

Zicasso's travel agency did an excellent job of helping us plan our Central Europe trip by listening to what we wanted out of the trip and then incorporating our ideas and their expert advice into an amazing itinerary. Our itinerary was jam-packed with wonderful tours and awesome adventures, including wonderful day trips throughout the three weeks of our vacation.

We have done a lot of travelling throughout the world and this was one of the best trips we have taken. In addition, they were always available and very responsive the couple of times we needed their assistance. We highly recommend them to assist anyone with their travel plans.

They did a great job. They hired very experienced vendors. The hotels they booked were very good; just what we wanted. They did a great job of communicating everything to us in a timely fashion. I would be happy to use them again.
