I had the pleasure of meeting Zicasso's travel specialist and the travel company in 2024. She was delightful over the telephone on our first encounter and we put our trust in her and the travel company to deliver an African travel experience for a family of 25 people.

I am writing the review for all 25 of us. The trip was amazing and a time we will always remember as a family, and it far exceeded five stars. From the moment we touched down in Africa to when we left, every detail was so well coordinated. The lodging accommodations were perfect for our group and the safari plans that the travel company arranged at our safari lodge were fantastic.

The trip took us from Cape Town to a safari to Victoria Falls, and it was extremely nice to always have a point of contact when we traveled.

The travel specialist and the staff listened to the type of trip we were looking for and helped us every step of the way.

They were very prompt in returning every email and communication we sent them. They dotted every i and crossed every t.

I would give the travel company my highest recommendation and would refer any friend or client to them for their travels.

Every hotel was charming and welcoming. Each one was unique and perfect for us!! Breakfasts at each hotel were absolutely delicious! Drivers were always waiting for us when we arrived at the various airports and the entire trip was seamless.

Our travel specialist was a dream to work with and seemed to know exactly the kinds of experiences we would love. The private drivers in Cape Town, the wine country, and Johannesburg/Soweto were knowledgeable, friendly, and catered to our interests! It was a complicated trip, with 12 people from five years old to 72 and lots of internal African travel and transfers. Sleeping arrangements were challenging on safari with youth. All was handled very well, flawlessly, in fact, for our 50-year-anniversary family adventure! Highly recommended.
