Overall, the trip was a huge success and we had an amazing time in Italy and Switzerland! It was also a complex trip, as we had two families, including children (nine people in total), and visited five locations over a two-week period.
The itinerary was very well organized and thoughtfully planned, and we did not experience any significant issues throughout the trip. The hotels, for the most part, were excellent and all in very good locations. The drivers were reliable and professional, and most of the guides were outstanding.
Zicasso's travel specialists were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. All in all, we felt very well supported before and during the trip.

Excellent trip. We loved the variety of locations, the activities provided, and the hotels. During the actual trip, one of the travel specialists checked in with us daily to make sure all was going well. When reservations fell through at a restaurant, that travel specialist responded almost immediately and found us a great alternative. Overall, our trip and accommodations were amazing and just what we had asked for. Our connection arrangements were spectacular and all of the people we encountered were so kind and helpful. We had very clear communication on our next day's plans by text, with links and tickets sent as well. We would highly recommend this Zicasso travel company! This made our trip and experience extremely relaxing, and allowed us to just sit back and enjoy!
