Our Switzerland Travel Specialists

We could not have been happier with the personal attention we received from Zicasso’s travel company. Our travel specialist understood what our family was looking for and planned a trip that was perfect for our family.

Zicasso's travel specialist planned a great trip for my group of friends. We especially had fun at our cooking class in Lucerne. The whole trip was seamless, from walking out of the airport to our waiting car to each activity we had planned. It was a joyful trip. We had no issues, but it was nice that our specialist checked in with me during the trip, and we knew that if any issues did arise, she was available to help sort it out.

Overall, this was a seamless experience. I cannot recommend Zicasso’s travel specialist enough. He planned the perfect trip! He was a great listener, very organized, and responsive. I would recommend him a million percent! This was likely the best trip we have ever been on! Train tickets/hotels/locations all perfection!

The itinerary was excellent, and everything went smoothly. All arrangements were well planned and we loved our seven days in Italy.

The trip was amazing! The planning could not have been better. We experienced so much in a two-week period without feeling rushed or stressed. It was fantastic!

Our group of 12 recently completed an unforgettable nine-day customized tour of Germany, staying in three cities and covering seven different cities, and we highly recommend this Zicasso travel company. From the initial planning stages to our final day, the trip was amazing, filled with all the adventures we asked for and much more.
What made the trip exceptional was the company owner accompanied us throughout the entire journey. Having him there as our personal tour director, translator, concierge, and new friend, ensured that everything ran like clockwork. The transfers were seamless, the private driver was excellent, and the local guides arranged for us in each city were incredibly knowledgeable and engaging.
If you are looking for a high-end, stress-free, and deeply personalized travel experience, look no further. Thank you for an incredible nine days!
Comments from fellow travelers:
"The company owner was very personable and knowledgeable, and each day was a great experience. What a wonderful trip.” Fondly, Teri K.
“The wine tour was our favorite as the wine was delicious and the winery owner most pleasant. His wine is so successful he has a vending machine of his wines on the road! There is no place in America that has this! Our tour guide, the owner of the travel company, was able to translate some of the conversation, which was most helpful. I highly recommend touring this winery and booking your travels through this company.” Jenny and Dennis W.
“We really enjoyed the miniature museum in Hamburg, especially the behind-the-scenes tour! The best hotel was in Berlin. All the guides were personable, knowledgeable, and good to answer questions. Thanks! We had a wonderful trip with you all!” Pam and Kevin S.
“We appreciated the company owner being there every step of the way. Coordinating the tour guides in the cities and helping to interpret when needed at the wine tasting.” Wendy and Larry A.
“Yes! We loved the hotel and dinner for our anniversary! Also appreciated the shift to the winery since the river cruise was cut short, and that he made the reservation for the brewery, with the hotel being so busy.” Dan and Kathy M.
“I had a wonderful time. Let’s do it again.” Robert K.

Fantastic planning and fantastic execution by Zicasso's travel company. Everything we experienced exceeded our expectations!!!!

The team at Zicasso’s tour operator extended an incredible amount of patience and willingness to flex with some very last-minute and unexpected obstacles to my travel. Accommodations, tours, reservations, and ground transportation all required changes; the tour operator handled these concerns with prompt attention, courtesy, and professionalism.
During initial planning, my needs were thoroughly considered and the tour operator made excellent recommendations as we built an exciting itinerary. From my arrival to Italy through my departure, the accommodations, companies, and vendors chosen by the tour operator all contributed to a true luxury experience.
