I gave five stars for many reasons:
The planning process was excellent... Zicasso’s travel specialist listened to what kinds of things we liked to do and gave us a nice suggested itinerary. My husband and I like to wander versus having a set daily schedule, so this allowed many opportunities to just do our own thing.
The concierge on the ground was amazing... she communicated via a messaging app and it was very helpful and reassuring.
The accommodations were superb!!!!!!!
The rental car process was perfect as well; it was easy to return the car with the directions provided.
Overall, Uruguay was a dream vacation! We had a blast and we appreciate all involved in making this a reality!

For a trip this big, things are going to go wrong or change, and Zicasso’s travel company did a great job of making things work, with awesome support. Better than this, they still provided assistance to us after our time with them had finished, but we were still traveling. They are a genuine company and it was very satisfying to deal with them... great job!
