We had an amazing trip. Kirsty and the travel agency were a joy to work with and made the entire process of planning what was a complicated trip seem effortless. From the very beginning, Kirsty listened to our goals, understood our limitations, and was able to create an incredible itinerary. Even when we had an unexpected life event and had to pivot our trip slightly, she took it in her stride and made the necessary changes without hesitation. Trying to visit three countries in one trip seemed ambitious, but with Kirsty's oversight, it happened.
With the exception of the transfer from the Israeli border to the Jordan border, all were seamless. The people we interacted with through the arrangements made by the travel company were wonderful. We did not have a single negative interaction with any of our drivers, guides, or aides at the transfer points. I would highly recommend this travel company.

Maggie was a great help. We planned a very nice trip to Japan in a fairly short amount of time due to my circumstances. Our travel company helped me when other agencies turned me away, and I was very grateful for that. I recommend them and especially Maggie, who was very knowledgable and helpful! Thanks, I would definitely use this travel agency again and recommend others do too!

The trip was great. We got to see everything we wanted to see, including the big five and the migration of large herds of wildebeests and zebras.
The travel company was extremely helpful. The pre-trip prep was very thorough, but the true test came when I lost my cell phone in Mara towards the end and then our return flight was unexpectedly canceled. So I was stranded in Nairobi with my 12-year-old, having almost no means of communication with the rest of the world, and the rebooked flight was not until five days later.
The travel agency worked with local providers and put together a three-day side trip for us to go to Lake Nakuru to see rhinos, rebooked our local transportation, and made sure a local agent would be at the airport to help us when we departed — and they made all the arrangements within a day. They helped make a really stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.

This trip resulted in the most extraordinary two weeks of my life. Everything, and I mean everything, was absolutely perfect. I had a vision of what I wanted this trip to be and worked with Sherilyn at the travel company to bring that to life. She provided sound advice and created an itinerary that was spot-on.
Throughout the year of planning, Sherilyn was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I was provided with a very detailed trip itinerary, along with everything I needed to know about traveling to Africa. No stone was left unturned and we were very well-prepared due to all the information provided.
The trip itinerary covered Southern Africa and East Africa. We pulled out all the stops and included as many activities as time would allow. From a helicopter ride over Victoria Falls to a rhino walking safari in Zambia to a hot-air balloon ride over the Maasai Mara in Kenya — none of the activities disappointed.
Every one of the guides we had was excellent. The service we received at the airports, both inbound and outbound, was exceptional. All of the accommodations, including hotels and camps, were amazing and we would definitely stay at any of them again.
This was truly a trip of a lifetime and I don't believe it will ever be outdone. Thank you, Zicasso, for connecting me with this travel company.

What a fantastic trip! It was so well organized and planned, we were able to just relax and enjoy our vacation. It was a one-month journey to Africa, visiting Botswana, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. We always felt taken care of.
The safari portion of our trip could not have been more perfect. We were able to see the animals from very near on night drives and bush walks, with very few other jeeps to disturb the environment. The private concessions are an amazing way to truly experience the animals.
We also explored Cape Town on a number of fantastic private tours. We watched the southern right whales off the coast of Hermanus, tasted some delicious wines in the Winelands, explored charming small towns, tried local cuisine, hiked Table Mountain, and so much more.
Our travel team planned the trip to perfection.

East Africa certainly was a glorious "trip of a lifetime". Everything was seamless, from the airport connections to lodges and guides. Being met with warm-wash clothes and cold drinks was wonderful.
We saw the Big Five, Ugly Five, and the Great Migration. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Being surrounded by snorting wildebeests is an experience never to be forgotten.
The food was so great we just had to giggle at the menus.
The lodges and tents were comfortable, even with Cape buffalo and giraffes wandering around. Finding the warm, fuzzy, hot water bottle in my bed was a bit shocking the first time! I wasn't sure what kind of critter was in the bed.
This was my first safari and the number of tours and options provided by Zicasso's travel partner was overwhelming. We opted for a sky safari based on the private planes to get us between the camps. After spending so much time in Jeeps, we were all really happy to board the planes!
Being in the private conservancies allowed us to be away from the crowds. We spent hours without seeing another Jeep. Having our own vehicle and guide gave us the flexibility to search for lions, cheetahs, and leopards. We even saw two honey badgers.
I loved the bush lunches and "sundowner bar”. I have to say, this trip exceeded our very high expectations!

The trip was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to our travel planner and guide, we were able to fit so much adventure into 12 days. Communication was always prompt and our planner quickly answered all of our questions leading up to and during the trip. The transfer from our Kenya guide to our Uganda guide was seamless. We had an issue with logistics in the last few days, but our planner helped us solve it quickly.
The only thing I would suggest they do differently: Our communication leading up to the Uganda portion of the trip was with the operations manager. We didn't meet our guide (or know they weren’t the operations manager) until the morning we left for Kibale. It would have been nice to have some communication with our guide beforehand as there were a couple of things on the itinerary (prepared by the manager) that our guide seemed not to know anything about, namely a game drive in Queen Elizabeth Park.

Our trip to Southern Africa (Botswana and Zimbabwe) was nothing short of amazing! Our travel consultant created a great itinerary and took care of every detail associated with small-craft flights, greetings at airports, etc. The coordination was seamless!
We highly recommend staying at the camps within the reserves as this provides a different experience to the national parks. We felt like we were the only ones there. We were deeply touched by the love and warmth of the resort staff, who go out of their way to welcome you and assist with any needs you may have. Our guide was brilliant, his knowledge, experience, and patience incredible!
This was our second trip through Zicasso and we highly recommend the company for its interest in helping to make our trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
