We couldn’t be happier with the trip that Zicasso’s travel specialist planned for us. The planning process went smoothly and the trip exceeded our expectations. All of the details were handled flawlessly.

Compliments to Zicasso’s travel company and the travel specialist for such a beautiful trip. Our guides and drivers were all very professional, knowledgeable and did a very nice job – we especially liked our guide in Montenegro. She was so amazing!!!
All hotel selections were top-notch, and our excursions were also very nice – we loved our dinner, bike tour, and wine tasting at the family farm in Konavle and our oyster tasting in Ston – such unique and wonderful experiences!
The only constructive feedback I would offer regarded our sailing trip on Sunday Sept 6th. The captain and the route were lovely. However, the boat itself was not quite what we had expected. We have had several sailing cruises in the past with Zicasso and this boat was quite a bit different than others we had sailing cruises on.
We should have had more communication on the specific type of boat we were expecting/looking to have on our sailing cruise.
Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the travel company and would recommend them to others.

The trip was amazing! We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to do and Zicasso’s travel specialist made all of it happen! Communication was great and she helped us with travel issues (flight delay, not her fault!) as well. Experiences and guides were all top-notch and exceeded expectations.

Overall, this was a seamless experience. I cannot recommend Zicasso’s travel specialist enough. He planned the perfect trip! He was a great listener, very organized, and responsive. I would recommend him a million percent! This was likely the best trip we have ever been on! Train tickets/hotels/locations all perfection!

Our trip was great. Zicasso’s travel company was very responsive to all of our emails and prepared a detailed itinerary that combined all of the trip elements we were looking for. They also made very helpful suggestions regarding places to see. We liked the hotels they selected and found their restaurant recommendations to be very helpful.
