I had an amazing experience in Switzerland thanks to my travel agency, who put together my itinerary. I was able to visit many stunning locations in ten days. The itinerary was detailed and accurate. We used the train for transportation and the timing and for each train was listed and precise, therefore no time was wasted. We started in Lucerne, and then to Grindelwald, Interlaken, and Lauterbrunnen. Then we went to Zermatt, Montreux, and finally, Geneva. We enjoyed every city and we were able to visit all of the attractions and activities, which made the trip enjoyable to my 17 and 10 year old. I can not thank our travel company enough! They answered all of my questions almost immediately and booked dinners for us at the most exquisite restaurants. When I forgot my purse on the train they helped me by calling the train station and filing a report. I returned to the US, and when I received an email that my purse was found they continued to help me by contacting the Lost and Found Service so that they can mail it home. I highly recommend this travel agency. It truly is the best travel company I have ever dealt with!

Jack, the Kellers, and I want to thank you for putting together such a wonderful itinerary. After the initial bump in actually getting a flight to Dubrovnik, we thoroughly enjoyed every single day and every hotel – each was beautiful and unique. Everything ran like clockwork once we arrived in Dubrovnik – hotels expected us, the rental car pickups and returns were smooth, and the transfers were on time. Our travel company, and specifically Andrea, made sure that we had a memorable trip.

OverallWe loved the Zicasso process - from the intake form, to the screening interview, to matching process with a local agent - we absolutely would leverage the same process for our future tripsOur travel agency (and in particular Ivana) were amazing - communicative - both ahead of the trip and during, made great recommendations based on our style, and advocated on our behalf in the few instances when things didn't go exactly according to planWe loved the "private" nature of everything we did - our own drivers, our own tour guides, our own activities - certainly we paid for it, but if that's the kind of holiday you're looking for, our travel company certainly deliveredPre-Trip / Itinerary BuildingWe were clear with our travel agency that for us, food > wine, so we had more activities geared that way (truffle hunt in Split, Oyster farm in Ston, Peka in Hvar, Food tour in old town Dubrovnik). But of course, given that it's Croatia, they recommended a couple of wine-centric activities - which were fantasticWe questioned whether it was worth it to have 4 stops in an 11-day itinerary - it seemed to us like a lot of packing/unpacking - but the team at our travel agency were especially insistent that we leave Korčula in the itinerary - and we're so glad we didWe went back and forth on a few of the activities and in particular, the "right" hotel in Dubrovnik. In the end, the itinerary was nearly perfect, and the Hotel in Dubrovnik was the right choice for usEach time we adjusted the itinerary, we received an updated PDF file with the updated schedule, costs, etc. And perhaps my favorite communication - in the days before the trip, we received an email with three things: 1) a final pdf overview of the entire itinerary; 2) a one-page summary with dates/times for every activity and transfer; and 3) a separate, detailed pdf voucher for each activity/ticket/transfer across the whole tripFinal observationsCroatia is gorgeous. The best word I can use to describe it is "Dramatic". The people are incredibly friendly. And there are delicious things to eat and drink everywhere you goIt was *hot* - 95F/35C every day (from late June through early July. And we did *a lot* of walking. Just be prepared :)There is *a lot* to do - between old cities with tons of history, beautiful beaches, restaurants, vineyards, farms, markets - we could easily go back to the same spots for another two weeks and have an entirely new experienceIf you want to see Croatia in comfort, with no worries about logistics, and always feel well looked-after, I highly recommend this travel agency

Our travel company proved seamless from the moment Jared contacted us to begin planning our trip to the very end when our local guide wished us farewell! Jared listened to all our needs and wants for our trip of a lifetime, gave us options that fit our specific needs and planned the entire trip for us perfectly! He was always available to answer our questions and truly took the stress out of the entire process so that we could just enjoy our trip! Our local guide was a great resource during our trip as well. She guided us every step of the way, provided her personal cell number so we could text her and made us feel right at home. Our travel agency helped us choose the best hotel accommodations, private tours, transportation, and even gave us restaurant recommendations. I also felt the prices were very fair and it was a good value. I will never plan another trip without consulting this travel agency or one of their partner companies first. This is definitely the way to travel!

A Croatian-based travel agency was the perfect match with our plans for several days in Dubrovnik and Split, before and after, a planned luxury packaged hiking trip. Andrea, Nikola and Dragan were very helpful in taking our ideas for plans and making them even better with their local expert knowledge, always taking into account our preferences.During the pandemic they were incredibly flexible and patient with us as we were forced to postpone our trip several times due to various waves of the variants. We fell in love with Croatia, the people the food and the Adriatic. We'll definitely be back and we will definitely use this travel agency to help us plan the next trip.

Natasa of our travel specialist company worked with us to plan a 3 1/2 weeks vacation in Croatia. Natasa was exceptional in all ways. She listened to our needs and interests. She was prompt in her response as we worked out our itinerary! She was quick to understand us and listened to our wishes. During our time in Croatia, she checked on every arrangement to make sure it was running smoothly! She was readily available during our entire time in Croatia. She provided excellent activities to meet our diverse interests including art, history, hiking and cooking school. The private drivers that took us between venues were professional and always on time! The vehicles were clean, spacious and comfortable. The half-day private tour guides were fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and brought to life the history of the various cities. All of them were local residents and knew well the history of the area.NATASA MADE OUR DREAM OF INDEPENDENT TRAVEL IN CROATIA A REALITY!

This trip was one of the top trips we have ever taken due to the excellent work of Jen. She was one of two travel agents in Croatia that Zicasso provided us with to provide possible itineraries based on the number of days we wanted to travel and the amount we wanted to spend. Zicasso's response was quick and they followed up several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Both travel itineraties were excellent, we had a difficult time choosing between the two that Zicasso sent.
