The hotels and tours arranged by Zicasso’s tour company were all very good.

Zicasso’s travel specialist designed a trip that far exceeded our expectations, while staying within our budget, despite the fact that we doubled the group from the original four to eight late into the planning process.
We had a group of eight family members ranging from 19 to 63, and the locations our travel specialist selected and the excursions she planned met with rave reviews from everyone. We could not have been happier with the contractors she selected, as evidenced by their inclusion in our vacation photos.
Our travel specialist's attention continued during the trip, as she made herself available for any questions we had and even accommodated a last-minute change on our final day, stopping by our hotel to personally introduce herself.

Zicasso’s travel specialist planned and delivered an outstanding family visit to Croatia for eight adults and two children. She won our confidence from the outset through the nature of her proposal and responses to our initial questions. We made several changes and inquiries throughout our trip and she responded promptly and completely. She gave us timely updates and explanations on small changes necessitated by situations beyond her control and made our adjustments seamless.
Every event, hotel, guide, and transportation service met or exceeded our expectations. The interactions with guides and drivers were excellent. They were friendly, informative, and responsive to the children traveling with us.
The Back to the Roots event and hosts on Hvar Island were family favorites. The travel specialist met with us during our first day in Dubrovnik to hear our feedback in person.
Of course, our feedback was all positive, no complaints at all. Our thanks to the travel specialist and her team for a terrific family trip to Croatia.

This was a fabulous trip. We sincerely loved all of the cities: Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. The communication with Zicasso's travel company was great and everyone was very responsive. The app from the travel company was really helpful in describing all of the day's activities, providing the vouchers, and showing who we were meeting, with their contact information. They always communicated and responded to our needs. We felt the whole experience, from airport pickup to drop-off, was very seamless.

This was one of the best trips we’ve taken, and we’ve been to Europe a dozen times. We loved the private tour guides. They were all top-notch. Everything was taken care of for us by Zicasso's travel specialist. All hotels exceeded our expectations. We had great activities and excursions. We will definitely recommend this company.

We had a wonderful trip to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland! The people from the tour operator were very helpful in the planning phase of our trip. They were able to design a trip that included a variety of experiences that appealed to our different interests in each of the six cities we visited.
The accommodations they booked for us were all very clean and comfortable, and in good locations, within walking distance of sights or transportation to those sights. We mostly traveled by train once we arrived in Europe and they were helpful in booking train tickets for travel in Germany and Austria, and the Swiss rail and bus passes that we used for travel in Switzerland.
A representative kept in contact with us and was available to answer questions as needed. When one of the activities was canceled due to bad weather, they facilitated ticket refunds for us. We were very pleased with the planning and responsiveness of Zicasso's tour operator and would use them to plan a trip again.

All went well. Zicasso’s travel company did a wonderful job, was very professional, and communicated well.
