We had an absolutely wonderful time visiting Prague, Vienna, and Salzburg. Violeta listened to what our priorities were, and made suggestions that met those needs. We had door to door service for all transfers from plane/train to/from hotel. It was so easy! We went for private tours for the most part, and the guides were very knowledgeable and professional. We learned so much, and enjoyed the food tours we tried immensely. We had just enough planned vs. free time, so we still had time to explore on our own. You really can customize exactly what you would wish to do, down to hotels and activities. I wouldn't hesitate to go on another trip; we had such a good experience!

We have just returned from our 3 week trip of Croatia and Venice organized by this travel agency. We could not have asked for better service from this travel company - from planning, to the completion of the trip they were very responsive to our needs and planned an amazing holiday full of variety. We had asked for a trip that would allow us to learn about this beautiful country and experience it on a personal level. Jelena our agent provided us with a creative itinerary that gave us accommodation of a very high standard in some stunning locations, private guided tours with very responsive guides, sunset kayaks, bike rides through Istria, walking the Plitvice Lakes, and some very special eating experiences. We were driven around by a number of very reliable and safe drivers in prestige cars. The drivers were fully aware of our itinerary and always arrived on-time or early. Our trip took us from Dubrovnik (with a side trip to Montenegro), Hvar (including a special lunch in an abandoned village, Split (with side trips to surrounding towns, including private truffle hunting and delicious truffle lunch in the bush, and a 7 course paired food and wine lunch experience at a winery), Plitvice Lakes (not to be missed), and onto Rovinj in Istria (including a bike ride along an abandoned train line (beautiful)), before being driven to Venice where we fended for ourselves.

We had an outstanding trip to Croatia, Slovenia and Venice. Jen from this travel company planned the trip and made all the arrangements. Everything went flawlessly. The hotels were excellent and the pace was perfect. The only change I would make to my itinerary is to stay in Zagreb only one day and stay in Ljubljana two days. What made the trip more special was our driver/guide. He was very knowledgeable, personable and enjoyable company. He anticipated our needs and modified the day's schedule accordingly. Obviously, I highly recommend Jen, this travel agency and our guide.

Our private driver was very kind and helpful. He was very organized and made sure all of our transfers with tour guides and experiences were flawless. The group really enjoyed the truffle hunt and the oyster meals. I totally forgot to mention that a couple of us could not have dairy so that would have been nice to remember that on the meals :)Antonia was really helpful and listened to all of my requests and helped make all the random changes that we needed. She kindly greeted us in person and offered a nice wine. She was great!

In the planning stages, every detail was payed attention to as to things that were important to us to see and learn about, and also the comfort of our adult daughter who was traveling with us. Many, many emails and time were spent getting it right for us. The hotels were fabulous in great central locations. Our host, Sasha, took the train from Prague to Munich to meet us on our arrival. That is beyond anything we expected. She had a gift waiting for us at each new location and a welcome card which we did not expect. She was available with a quick response if we needed anything at all. The transportation and tours were fantastic. Not one glitch. We always knew the name of our driver with a contact number before each transport. This was our first time traveling with a travel agency. In the past we have traveled on our own, while visiting our children all over the world, and many times were frustrated as we didn't know where we were going or what we were doing. Not this time. Our time was used the best way possible, stress free. We will definitely be using this travel company again!

Natasa of our travel specialist company worked with us to plan a 3 1/2 weeks vacation in Croatia. Natasa was exceptional in all ways. She listened to our needs and interests. She was prompt in her response as we worked out our itinerary! She was quick to understand us and listened to our wishes. During our time in Croatia, she checked on every arrangement to make sure it was running smoothly! She was readily available during our entire time in Croatia. She provided excellent activities to meet our diverse interests including art, history, hiking and cooking school. The private drivers that took us between venues were professional and always on time! The vehicles were clean, spacious and comfortable. The half-day private tour guides were fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and brought to life the history of the various cities. All of them were local residents and knew well the history of the area.NATASA MADE OUR DREAM OF INDEPENDENT TRAVEL IN CROATIA A REALITY!

My husband and I booked our trip to Croatia in 2020 and as the pandemic hit everyone, our trip was postponed. Violetta from this travel company was wonderful. We kept in contact for 2 years back and forth regarding the situation of travel overseas and when it would be likely that we would be able to visit Croatia. Finally, the gates opened to Croatia and we were allowed to book our trip. Violetta planned a dream trip to her home country of Croatia. We arrived in Zagreb the capital and picked up by our driver who also drove us to Plitvice Lakes - he was so accommodating. Our hotel was so beautiful and staff were nice and helpful. We went on a food tour with our guide - ate great food, laughed, and learned so much about the culture and food of Zagreb. We continued our journey to Plitvice Lakes a must see attraction and onto the island of Split. We stayed in a hotel - and greeted by their wonderful staff. The city within the walls was beautiful. Our guide took us around town, showed us the sites, and was so personable. Our next stop was to Hvar where we boarded our Catamaran off to the island. Hvar is a beautiful island and Violetta planned a wonderful stay. Our accommodations were at a Hotel. What a wonderful place to stay -day 1 we had a boat excursion to the Blue and green caves, swimming in the Adriatic Sea and meeting wonderfulpeople on the boat. To top off our trip we had a great wine tour and a special dinner atop the lavender fields of Hvar. Our next stop was Dubrovnik-Violetta suggested a Hotel and would suggest this hotel to anyone staying in Dubrovnik- spectacular! Right on the Adriatic Sea you can just jump right in. The staff were wonderful.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about our trip the hotels, the tours, the guides, the fabulous food, and the friendly people of Croatia! Thanks to our travel agency and Violetta for the memorable vacation.

I had an impeccable 10-day vacation in Croatia! It was filled with so many memorable experiences, wonderful people, and supreme service.Justin from my travel agency did a phenomenal job putting together the custom trip! He was on top of things from the get-go, extremely proactive with his communication, responsiveness, and recommendations for an amazing trip! All experiences chosen were great and a healthy balance of active, history, food, and culture.
He also partnered with a wonderful local affiliate who were my on-the-ground point people. The local contact was a fantastic resource and support throughout the trip. She stayed on top of my delayed luggage (which finally arrived on Weds), arranged for a delicious tasting lunch in Korcula as a courtesy, and was incredibly helpful answering questions and communicating promptly. Each driver, tour guide, and hotel staff made the experience luxurious and worry-free. It was a treat to have everything taken care of and to sit back, relax, and enjoy!
I already know that I will be back to Croatia (and the surrounding areas) to experience more, but I also will reach out to Justin for other future trips to different locations because working with him was top-notch.
