The trip was a very memorable experience for our entire group. The Zicasso tour company provided an excellent variety of experiences and tour options. We provided an outline and what our expectations were for the trip and the company not only met, but exceeded our expectations.

Our private driver and guide was available at all times, always on time, and engaging and knowledgeable about all our destinations. There was also a time when we ventured out on our own and were rescued from a rainstorm when we were faced with walking to our hotel in the rain without proper gear. Our driver was a pleasure to have as our host and we felt well taken care of throughout the trip. We were sad to say goodbye at the end of the trip.

I can't say enough amazing things about working with Zicasso's travel partners! They met and exceeded all of our expectations as they helped my wife and I plan our dream honeymoon to London and Croatia in June. They were there every step of the way and left no stone unturned regarding coordination, communication, and execution. I went to Croatia with my 17-year-old daughter. I booked my trip through Zicasso and their travel agency, and my daughter and I had the best experience of our lives. We visited four cities in Croatia and spent three to four days in each. Our agent selected great hotels, amazing places to visit, and fabulous things to do. Everything was very organized and well coordinated.

I am an anxious woman whenever I am in a new country. Because of our agent’s great organizational and coordination skills, and constant communication to make sure we were OK and did not miss anything, I had almost no anxiety during our whole vacation. I said almost because in one of the cities an ATM ate my card and I had no cash for a day. Even then, our amazing agent said she could lend me some money so I was not stressed about not having money. She was the absolute best!

I highly recommend Zicasso and our travel company. Ask for our agent and you will not regret booking your trip through her.

I went into this trip knowing it was going to be a difficult emotional experience and it was truly that. It was also physically difficult with a ton of walking. Still waiting for the company to assist us with documentation necessary for travel insurance claims due to last minute flight cancellation going resulting in missed tours and rebooking as well as flight cancellations returning necessitating a hotel overnight stay in NY since we had a direct flight originally.

Zicasso's travel agent planned a wonderful custom trip for my husband and me. The hotels were in central and safe areas in each city we visited. The drivers and tour guides were terrific, always on time, and very informative and personable. We especially enjoyed riding with our driver for six days, our tour guide in Rovinj, the truffle hunt and truffle lunch near there, the dinner and wine pairing at a vineyard near Split, the oyster tasting in Ston, and the walking food tour in Dubrovnik. Our agent listened to what we like to do and planned accordingly. It was a great trip!

We had a fantastic trip! Our trip was so well-planned and organized by Zicasso's travel partner. The partners she works with in the industry to provide tours and driving services were excellent. The amount of time, effort, and confusion she saved us was priceless.

Communication was important to me and she was responsive every step of the way, including when we were in Croatia.

You have the ability to choose your hotels and not have to do the research yourself on the quality, location, etc. Working in partnership on this piece of any travel is extremely helpful with so many choices available today.

Our recent trip to Venice, Slovenia, and Croatia was fantastic. The itinerary set up for us (four adults) by Zicasso's travel partner flowed seamlessly. Each of the drivers we had to take us to our various destinations was professional, prompt, and helpful. The cars – or actually minivans – were clean, comfortable, and roomy. We liked all of the hotels, but particularly the hotels in Bled, Rovinj, and Split. These three hotels each had spectacular settings, as well as very helpful and accommodating staff members.

The real “stars” of our trip, however, were the tour guides! They all were outstanding! They were friendly, professional, and possessed a depth of knowledge. Each woman was a resident of the local area and very passionate about their city/country and happy to share historical information, as well as personal stories about their hometowns!

We also would like to recognize one of our agents from the travel office. She came through for us when we had to reschedule a flight at the last minute and, therefore, had to change the transfer time from our hotel to the airport. We made a quick call to her and she was able to get a driver to our hotel in an hour!

Overall, we had a wonderful trip seeing beautiful Croatia and Slovenia, with day trips to Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The trip was well laid out for city tours, learning about the history of each region and former Yugoslavia, while eating delicious food and taking in beautiful sites.

The only reason I did not give five stars was because our tour of Mostar seemed very short and rushed. It did not even last an hour. Also, we were not fully happy with our hotel in Slovenia.
