Zicasso's travel specialists were fantastic to work with. They paid attention to every detail of our trip. One of our agents worked with us through several drafts of the Itinerary as we fine-tuned our plans and finalized hotels. She then turned us over to a colleague, who helped finalize the details and coordinated our dinner reservations. Both were very responsive.

Also, thanks to our driver, who was with us throughout the trip and helped make it special! Our driver was very flexible in the scheduling and helped us fine tune our activities and schedule.

Zicasso's travel expert pulled together a great itinerary and was very responsive to all of our questions, regardless of the time or the day of the week. He checked in with us during the tour and arranged for a birthday cake when we were in Vienna.

He was always ready to help us with our luggage and he even carried a backpack for us during one tour. He even played a "Sound of Music" recording for us while we traveled to Salzburg. The overall trip was great. The weather was terrific and the countries we visited had so much to see. Zicasso's tour company did a good job of balancing relaxation with fun. Each of the guides we had was so pleasant and shared so much information with us. They were very attentive to our needs.
