Our trip was incredible. The guides were excellent, especially our guide with 30 years of experience. We were very thankful to have everyone who guided us at the airports, especially in Nairobi, which we would not have been able to get through without their help. The assistance in Zanzibar was very helpful, as one of us did not have a visa yet. We appreciated the guidance and patience from the Zicasso team.

Everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived until the escort to the plane upon departure.

We had an excellent tour of Cape Town and the surrounding areas. We did not have to worry about driving ourselves and learned so much from our guides.

We had a very good travel experience with Zicasso's tour company. Our travel agent was organized and responsive to our requests before the trip, and he stayed in communication with us throughout the trip. We traveled as a couple and were delighted with the intimate and comfortable safari camp and the luxurious city and Diani Beach accommodations. Our guides in the cities and in the Maasai Mara National Reserve were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

Zicasso’s travel specialist and his team far exceeded our expectations, making this a trip of a lifetime. Guides and accommodations were superb. Even though Kruger experienced record rains and floods mere weeks before, we were treated to the "Big Five" on our game drives in the neighboring reserves. We cannot think of anything that needed improvement. Thanks to the travel specialist and team!

I think Zicasso’s travel specialist did a fantastic job and oversaw everything, so we felt comfortable. We had a few incidents that were not pleasant, as in Jordan, with security holding us up going in/out, as we had binoculars that were not in our checked bags. They were really snotty at the border when we were leaving.
We also had a problem in Abu Simbel when our greeter person took us to the site. The guide was late and, once he showed up, we knew he could not go into the monuments. When we came out the first time, he was nowhere to be seen. He showed up 10 minutes later. When we came out of the second monument, again he was nowhere to be seen. Then, before the departure, he disappeared again. When people tell me they will be at a certain location and they are not there, it is disturbing.
Our professional Egyptologists at the museum, pyramids, and on the Nile were all fantastic. The driver in Jordan was always on time and did a good job. The car was small and cramped, but we liked the driver and he did a good job. All went smoothly in Jordan.
We got out the day before the bombing and were in Cairo that morning, so we did not have to deal with the war. It did make us nervous being in Egypt and we left a day early, but got home safely.
Overall, the sites were amazing and it flowed pretty smoothly, but would not have done so without the travel specialist checking in with us each day, and especially after the bombing started. I have used Zicasso three or four times and will continue to do so.

It was a great experience! Every single detail of the trip was planned and organized. As a mom of four, being able to just show up and be taken care of was amazing. The trip was set up based on our family and gave us the perfect experience; way more than I could have imagined.
