The trip lived up to all of our expectations. Having never been to the UAE and Kenya, we relied very heavily on Zicasso's trip coordinator to develop our itinerary, scheduling, accommodations, etc. She worked very hard to understand our expectations and put together a plan that I would rate five stars!

Zicasso's trip expert was a pleasure to work with. I received great communication from beginning to end. He helped when one of our hotels had a fire and we had to relocate, and with a flight cancellation. All of our facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend the tour company for any trips/safaris!

Our Serengeti safari was absolutely unforgettable. Thank you to Zicasso's trip planner. Every detail was perfectly planned—flawless logistics, seamless transfers, and no surprises at all. The game drives were incredible and we saw amazing wildlife up close. Her expertise made our trip stress-free and truly magical.
