Zicasso's travel company did an excellent job planning my trip to Scotland and Ireland with my college friend. I chatted with our travel specialist about what we would like to do and our interests, and she customized a trip for us. We did not want to be part of a tour group of 20+ people. We preferred a more personalized experience.
The hotels were immaculate, with a great variety at breakfast and attentive staff. The tours and excursions were amazing, with extremely personable and knowledgeable guides. There was a great balance of tours, excursions, and free time to explore. All the details were compiled in a binder, with additional information to help us along the way. The attention to detail made our experience so much better.

Our Zicasso travel agent was very warm and helpful. She truly listened to what we were looking for and surpassed our expectations. Her team of support was extremely helpful throughout our trip. They checked in daily to ensure things were going smoothly and booked a couple of evening activities we decided to add. We felt pampered and could not be happier. We highly recommend our travel company.

Show MoreVery lovely, nicely planned. Zicasso's travel specialist was wonderful. Really can't say enough. The only thing I would do differently was to have longer stays at one hotel as a base, and sightsee from there. That would cut down on packing, etc., every few days. Our other travel specialist was spectacular as well. On the ready and communication was tops.

Show MoreWe had an amazing experience. The hotels were great. The booked tours were great. The highlight was the time up in the Portrush area. Such a beautiful spot. And the golfing in Scotland.
The only issue we had was with the hotel in London; they put us in a room where the AC wasn't functioning properly, so we had to switch rooms. It was super-hot in London, so I think this was likely an issue city-wide. It was fine once they moved us to a new room. Thanks again; it was truly a special time for Bruno and me.
