The trip was great overall and we really enjoyed our tour guides specifically! We also really appreciate the itinerary overall – knowing which cities to go to and for how long was key. Only reason it isn't five stars is that we weren't crazy about some of the hotel choices. Don't get me wrong, they were fine and nothing majorly wrong but we would have preferred more boutique or "younger" stays. We are in our late 20s on our honeymoon and each hotel we were the youngest there by far.

This travel company did an absolutely amazing job of planning our 15 day trip to Austria, Switzerland and Italy! They learn about what you’re interested in doing and where you would like to go and then develop an itinerary that allows you to see the highlights of where you’re visiting in a detailed, easy to understand way, especially for us first time European travelers.Every day was filled with a new adventure! They work with a network of tour guides, personal drivers, hotels and have thorough understanding of the regions you are visiting, which really personalized the trip for us in a way that we couldn’t possibly have done on our own.Tomaz and his team are the ultimate professionals, following through on every detail to make your trip fun and seamless. We can’t wait to plan our trip with them and cannot recommend them enough for their expertise and professionalism.Thank you all for planning our favorite vacation ever!!Dianne & Frank C.

We have just returned from our 3 week trip of Croatia and Venice organized by this travel agency. We could not have asked for better service from this travel company - from planning, to the completion of the trip they were very responsive to our needs and planned an amazing holiday full of variety. We had asked for a trip that would allow us to learn about this beautiful country and experience it on a personal level. Jelena our agent provided us with a creative itinerary that gave us accommodation of a very high standard in some stunning locations, private guided tours with very responsive guides, sunset kayaks, bike rides through Istria, walking the Plitvice Lakes, and some very special eating experiences. We were driven around by a number of very reliable and safe drivers in prestige cars. The drivers were fully aware of our itinerary and always arrived on-time or early. Our trip took us from Dubrovnik (with a side trip to Montenegro), Hvar (including a special lunch in an abandoned village, Split (with side trips to surrounding towns, including private truffle hunting and delicious truffle lunch in the bush, and a 7 course paired food and wine lunch experience at a winery), Plitvice Lakes (not to be missed), and onto Rovinj in Istria (including a bike ride along an abandoned train line (beautiful)), before being driven to Venice where we fended for ourselves.

We recently returned from a three-week trip to Croatia organized by this travel company. The trip, and the support and service we received from the agency exceeded our expectations in every respect. We had an ambitious itinerary, which included Zagreb, Rovinj, Hvar, Split and Dubrovnik. The planning process was critical to the success of our trip and our travel advisor worked with us to develop an itinerary based on our interests, travel style, accommodation and transportation preferences, and physical abilities. Our travel advisor was available and in touch by phone throughout the trip, the tours and side trips were well chosen and our guides and drivers were excellent. We have travelled extensively in Europe and can't recall a trip that was as well organized and ran as smoothly. On one occasions a planned tour had to be cancelled on short notice due to rain, but our travel advisor suggested an alternative that worked our beautifully. With our guides and drivers we were able to see and experience more than we could possibly have done had we been traveling on our own, and it was especially nice that all of our guides and drivers spoke excellent English; being able to communicate made the experience more enjoyable and richer. Croatia is a beautiful country, and the warmth and kindness of the Croatian people made the experience unforgettable.

In the planning stages, every detail was payed attention to as to things that were important to us to see and learn about, and also the comfort of our adult daughter who was traveling with us. Many, many emails and time were spent getting it right for us. The hotels were fabulous in great central locations. Our host, Sasha, took the train from Prague to Munich to meet us on our arrival. That is beyond anything we expected. She had a gift waiting for us at each new location and a welcome card which we did not expect. She was available with a quick response if we needed anything at all. The transportation and tours were fantastic. Not one glitch. We always knew the name of our driver with a contact number before each transport. This was our first time traveling with a travel agency. In the past we have traveled on our own, while visiting our children all over the world, and many times were frustrated as we didn't know where we were going or what we were doing. Not this time. Our time was used the best way possible, stress free. We will definitely be using this travel company again!

Ivana and her team were all just absolutely wonderful! They were super responsive and attentive to us during the duration of the trip. For example, we were so taken by the beauties of the Adriatic and asked Ivana to schedule a sailing tour for us at the last minute -- and she did it! The sailing tour was one of our highlights. We were grateful that Ivana took all our input in from the beginning and designed a special tour to our interests and preferences. A key piece of advice we received was to focus our trip along the south and the coast for the time we had, and we are so grateful we did that as it allowed us to truly enjoy this part of the country.
Ivana took the time to come and meet us in Split which was a pleasant surprise and personal touch. We truly enjoyed our stay in Split. The staff and service at the hotel were simply superb. It was also a treat being so close to the center of Diocletian's palace and walking distance to the waterfront.
Ivana was also very good about ensuring that we were aware of COVID-19 testing and guidelines, especially since we crossed the border to Bosnia-Hercegovina. And, even though we had travelled with our own COVID-19 testing kits to return to the US, she was ready to facilitate our COVID tests while still in the country.
