Our travel specialist paid very close attention to our goals for this trip to Thailand and delivered an itinerary, with very few edits needed, that allowed us to balance fun with much-needed rest and relaxation at charming hotels in Chiang Mai and Koh Samui.

The operations team flawlessly handled all the logistics and clearly communicated each day's plans. We didn't have to worry about a thing and just needed to show up for the fun.

We loved the excursions that the team arranged: a wonderful bike ride through the Chiang Mai countryside, a tasty cooking class with an amazing chef, a visit with elephants at an ethical sanctuary, and a trip to one of the famous Chiang Mai temples. When inclement weather resulted in the cancellation of one of our excursions, the team promptly handled a refund request without being asked.

We highly recommend this travel company and will use them again whenever our travels take us back to Thailand. Thank you to the team and the travel company for an amazing trip!

I really enjoyed this trip. The vacation was carefully planned by Zicasso's travel specialist and I appreciated the flexibility during the trip as well. For example, when our guide learned that a temple was closed on the day I was scheduled to visit, he modified my itinerary to make sure I would be able to see the temple the next day. I really appreciated that foresight!

Well done. We ended the trip wanting more, but were too tired to go on. The tour was designed with our interests in mind. The guides were all great, especially one of them. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations. Almost everything went as planned, but such is travel. Weather prevented a part of our time in Hạ Long Bay, but a substitute activity was found to make up for it. We would definitely use this Zicasso travel company again.
