We had an amazing vacation, planned perfectly from start to finish by Zicasso’s travel company! This was the first trip we've taken using a travel agent and it was so nice to have everything planned out by someone who knows the country so well. All of the accommodations, drivers, and tours were spot-on and we never had to worry about anything.

Georgia planned a great vacation for my family (parents plus two 20-ish daughters). We went to Athens (4nts), Naxos (4nts) and Santorini (3nts). It took a couple of iterations to finalize the itinerary (which I took as a positive because it showed Georgia was really listening and working to customize the trip what my family was looking for rather than offering a canned tour). And I may be just a *wee* picky :) The guides she secured were all wonderful. Our guide in Athens was absolutely lovely. She was knowledgeable and friendly. We were chatting like friends before too long. She also took great care of our daughter when she got a little ill during our Acropolis tour. Naxos was the favorite part of our trip. We loved what the island has: great beaches, food, restaurants, cultural sights, nature/hiking and water activities and what it did NOT have: high prices, crowds. Santorini..since it was our 1st visit, we couldn't *not* stop. It's beautiful for sure but it was also expensive and crowded. One and done for us. The transfers in all three locations were impeccable.Overall, our trip was seamless and the communication with Georgia was great throughout.

The trip we planned with Zicasso’s travel agent was beautiful. From the very beginning, she was wonderful and friendly. She gave us multiple budget options to help us pick and choose our level of luxury, while still keeping us within our budget.

She also gave us many helpful tips to plan for our trip and checked in on us daily while we were in Greece.

All of our travel and location connections were handled and scheduled perfectly, so all of our excursions while we were traveling were stress-free!

I had an amazing vacation! It was not enough time and I am definitely planning a return trip. My travel agent and Zicasso provided excellent service for the duration of the trip. They had every detail planned out. They were responsive to all of my questions before and during the trip. They were responsive and very accessible. The service I received from every hotel, driver, and tour guide was excellent. Every place I stayed was beautiful and impeccably clean. Our agent took my preferences and tastes, and curated a beautiful vacation for me that I will never forget.

Zicasso's travel partner did an amazing job putting together our itinerary and handling all the logistics. We did an intro call to discuss what we were interested in, how we like to travel, dietary constraints, etc. They did a great job synthesizing that and coming up with a pitch-perfect plan of sites, hotels, restaurants, and means of transportation.

On the trip itself, everyone involved was professional, punctual, and fun. This was the first trip I have taken where I didn't have to worry about getting from point A to B, finding good places to eat, researching the best sites, and how everything would fit together. Additionally, the travel team was very thoughtful in how everything would fit into the available daylight hours, how we'd be feeling with jet lag, and how to navigate a holiday where many things would be closed.

I am already thinking about the next trip we'll take with their help.

Our family of four highly recommends Zicasso’s tour operator in Greece. Our itinerary and the communication with our agent and her associates were exactly what we had hoped for. They were excellent at providing quality travel experiences in Athens, Crete, and Santorini. It was very organized and everyone was extremely professional, educational, and personable.

The drivers were very knowledgeable and the vehicles were comfortable. Our driver who picked us up from the airport and drove us to Delphi had a wealth of knowledge, as did our Delphi tour guide. Our guide in Santorini toured us around the island and was a delight. Our private tour guides in Athens, at the Acropolis and museum, as well as on our food tour, were great. Our tours in Athens, Crete, and Santorini were either with archaeologists or native to the areas, providing memorable tours. The olive oil tasting and cooking class in a traditional village with our guide was educational and we made several Greek dishes to enjoy for our lunch. Amazing!

The hotels on this tour could not have been better! They were all centrally located to the main parts of town and all had great views. We didn't have to worry about a thing! Our agent provided us with a cellphone for communication. It came in handy when our ferry was canceled in Crete and we had a change of plans all taken care of by our agent and her associates.

The islands were so beautiful and we spent the perfect amount of time on each one. I will use our travel company to tour more Greek islands.

Although it’s trite, it was a trip of a lifetime, starting with the original planning session with Zicasso’s travel representative several months before the trip, when she asked us what we like to do and what we envisioned for our trip. It ended up being just the right mix of local cuisine and culture, sightseeing, history, archaeology, and myths, as well as beach time, with wonderful accommodations on Crete, Santorini, Naxos, and Athens.

With our full work and family schedule, planning our much-desired trip to Greece was not going to fit into our timeframe. Zicasso and the team at the travel company were the best! Our agent listened to our needs and desires for the trip – experience and adventure throughout Greece. He updated and made the changes we suggested. We ended up with a wonderful 10-day trip from Athens to Nafplio and Paros.

We hiked, experienced history, enjoyed wonderful local foods and shops, kayaked, snorkeled, froze under a mountain waterfall, and saw the clearest, bluest lakes ever.

One of the highlights was during a hiking/water day when we had an incredible lunch at a local woman's home in the mountain area. The food was beautifully prepared, the conversation enjoyable, and the property idyllic.

Once we headed to the island of Paros, which we highly recommend due to fewer crowds and wonderful restaurants and shopping, we topped off one evening with a 6.5km cultural hike along the Byzantine highway, learning why the homes are abandoned and whitewashed, and there are more than 20 varieties of wild, medicinal herbs, as well as learning the history of battles throughout the regions.

If you haven't visited Greece, this travel company will create the ideal itinerary for your time there. I recommend visits to Athens, Nafplio, and Paros. Bring your walking and water shoes, and let them take care of everything else.
