She was responsive to questions and changes we wanted to make. When we arrived in Greece, she met us at the hotel in Athens, took us to coffee, gave us a welcome gift, and reviewed our whole trip. All our tours were terrific and the hotels were perfect. Our only regret was not staying longer!
