Georgia planned a great vacation for my family (parents plus two 20-ish daughters). We went to Athens (4nts), Naxos (4nts) and Santorini (3nts). It took a couple of iterations to finalize the itinerary (which I took as a positive because it showed Georgia was really listening and working to customize the trip what my family was looking for rather than offering a canned tour). And I may be just a *wee* picky :) The guides she secured were all wonderful. Our guide in Athens was absolutely lovely. She was knowledgeable and friendly. We were chatting like friends before too long. She also took great care of our daughter when she got a little ill during our Acropolis tour. Naxos was the favorite part of our trip. We loved what the island has: great beaches, food, restaurants, cultural sights, nature/hiking and water activities and what it did NOT have: high prices, crowds. Santorini..since it was our 1st visit, we couldn't *not* stop. It's beautiful for sure but it was also expensive and crowded. One and done for us. The transfers in all three locations were impeccable.Overall, our trip was seamless and the communication with Georgia was great throughout.

Our trip was terrific, and greatly aided by Zicasso’s travel agent and her entire team. They were thorough, thoughtful, exceptionally detail-focused, responsive, creative, and generally a joy to work with. The trip exceeded our expectations and was filled with high-quality hotels, professional guides, and local color and insights that made the trip quite memorable.

I had an amazing vacation! It was not enough time and I am definitely planning a return trip. My travel agent and Zicasso provided excellent service for the duration of the trip. They had every detail planned out. They were responsive to all of my questions before and during the trip. They were responsive and very accessible. The service I received from every hotel, driver, and tour guide was excellent. Every place I stayed was beautiful and impeccably clean. Our agent took my preferences and tastes, and curated a beautiful vacation for me that I will never forget.

I can’t say enough about how much we loved our 11-day trip to Greece: Athens, Santorini, and Crete. Our Zicasso travel agent was indeed a travel fairy. From the scheduling, suggestions, transfers, accommodations (to die for), and great tours, we had the trip of a lifetime. Her responses to our questions were very prompt and helpful. We had a first-class vacation all within our budget. We will definitely turn to Zicasso for our future travel plans and recommend your site to our traveling friends.

Although it’s trite, it was a trip of a lifetime, starting with the original planning session with Zicasso’s travel representative several months before the trip, when she asked us what we like to do and what we envisioned for our trip. It ended up being just the right mix of local cuisine and culture, sightseeing, history, archaeology, and myths, as well as beach time, with wonderful accommodations on Crete, Santorini, Naxos, and Athens.

Zicasso's travel partner did an amazing job putting together our itinerary and handling all the logistics. We did an intro call to discuss what we were interested in, how we like to travel, dietary constraints, etc. They did a great job synthesizing that and coming up with a pitch-perfect plan of sites, hotels, restaurants, and means of transportation.

On the trip itself, everyone involved was professional, punctual, and fun. This was the first trip I have taken where I didn't have to worry about getting from point A to B, finding good places to eat, researching the best sites, and how everything would fit together. Additionally, the travel team was very thoughtful in how everything would fit into the available daylight hours, how we'd be feeling with jet lag, and how to navigate a holiday where many things would be closed.

I am already thinking about the next trip we'll take with their help.

Our 12-day trip to Greece was one of the top trips we have taken over the years. We visited five locations, from Crete to Hydra to Athens, Delphi, and Kalabaka, and each met our hopes. From meeting local Greeks in rural areas and learning about their traditions to visiting UNESCO sites and learning the history of Greece, the tours met our expectations.

From the beginning, our tour planner was patient and listened to our ideas closely. She was quick to respond and always willing to make changes as the trip plan evolved. Any time we needed information or clarification, she was there to help.

Our trip to Athens, Santorini, and Istanbul was great. The airport transfers, tours, and hotel accommodations arranged by Zicasso’s travel company were all very good and we had no issues.

Our tour guides in each location were all very good. We had the same tour guide for each of our days in Istanbul. He was invaluable in helping us to understand the history of the city and the sites we visited. He also helped us to experience authentic cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
