We had a beautiful week in Sorrento, with days in Pompeii, Capri, and the Amalfi Coast. Zicasso’s travel specialist planned the trip exactly as we discussed and we loved every minute!
The one thing that was a bit challenging was that all of our excursions were booked under my middle name, which I do not use, and we had to explain several times to the trip operators.
The hotel was lovely, our room was perfect, and the pool was excellent. Unfortunately, there was a very long ramp required to walk up and down every time we left the hotel, and even though all of the rest of the hotel was excellent, we would have preferred a little less of a distance from the lobby to the street. These items were not at all a big deal, but we are learning what sorts of things to be sure to discuss when planning the next trip.
The travel company was very responsive throughout the trip and communicated with us regularly, which we appreciated!! Overall, I highly recommend this trip and can't wait for the next one!

I could not ask for a better partner and travel company than this one. I reached out on short notice, looking to plan a two-and-a-half-week trip to Greece to explore Athens and some islands (Paros, Antiparos, Naxos, Santorini, Crete). Zicasso's travel specialist and the travel company were extremely receptive to my wants/needs for my honeymoon. They provided an excellent first-draft itinerary and were easy to work with to refine the itinerary to exactly what my wife and I were looking for. The execution of the trip was just as perfect as the planning. We never had to worry about anything during our trip. Everything was planned and ran smoothly. They were always quick to respond to my questions via WhatsApp.

Zicasso's travel specialist and the whole travel company team were great! From the beginning, she listened to our interests and proposed a trip that fit our needs. She was responsive to questions and changes we wanted to make. When we arrived in Greece, she met us at the hotel in Athens, took us to coffee, gave us a welcome gift, and reviewed our whole trip. All our tours were terrific and the hotels were perfect. Our only regret was not staying longer!

Zicasso's travel company was absolutely amazing in the planning and execution of our trip to Greece! They spent countless hours picking out the best hotels and experiences for us.
While we were in Greece, they texted us recommendations every day of where to eat and things to do. On the last day of our trip, our ferry was canceled, and our travel specialist helped arrange our return to Athens that night so we could make our morning flight the next day.
