Zicasso's travel specialist and her team put together an absolutely amazing trip for us! This was my first time using a travel agent, so the entire experience was new to me, and I can honestly say I don't think we'll ever go back to planning trips on our own.
From start to finish, the team took incredible care of us. Every detail was thoughtfully coordinated, from transportation and event schedules to ensuring we knew exactly who we would be meeting and when. They even provided helpful guidance for navigating the airport, including which ticket counters to use.
I have never felt so supported while traveling, which was especially meaningful as we were bringing my mother to a foreign country. Having that level of care and attention gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the journey.
Most importantly, our specialist and her team were always kind, patient, and responsive, no matter how many questions I had or how often I asked them. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made this trip truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had the best trip. The islands recommended, the excursions, the hotels, and the transfers were great. We did have our catamaran trip canceled the day before the sail date and we were left to rebook with another company on our own, which was easy to do and we were refunded for the original booking. Our trip coordinator was always available to answer our questions.

My husband and I traveled in Turkey from September 26-October 15, 2026. Zicasso’s travel company did an outstanding job of communicating and orchestrating our trip, so that we had an intriguing and informative experience.
We both started and finished our trip in Istanbul, traveling to Izmir, Antalya, and Cappadocia in between. We had expert access and commentary while viewing all the major sights. We shopped in street bazaars, descended into underground cities, hiked around fairy chimneys, and cruised the Bosphorus on a private yacht! We experienced authentic street food and haute cuisine.
We came home enthralled with the complex history of Turkey and its vital role in the modern era.

My wife and I do a lot of traveling. We never used a travel agent, so we were a little reluctant, knowing that it was more costly. However, our experience with Zicasso’s travel specialist was outstanding. She was responsive, understanding what our desires were.
Obviously, Greece was a wonderful experience for us, and we consider going back in the future. We also consider using this service again. Thanks to our travel specialist and her company.

The Trip of a Lifetime — 10/10 Would Recommend!
We just returned from a two-week trip to Rome, Florence, Athens, Santorini, and Naxos, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Zicasso’s tour operator! Everything was absolutely seamless from start to finish and this was truly the trip of a lifetime.
One of the biggest things that made this trip so special and stress-free was how organized everything was. Every time we arrived somewhere, whether it was an airport, train station, or ferry port, we had a private driver waiting with a sign with my name on it. We never had to worry about where to go, how to get somewhere, or figure things out in an unfamiliar country. Even when there were delays, our drivers were there waiting for us. Having private transfers arranged everywhere we needed to go made traveling between multiple cities and countries so much easier and more enjoyable.
Of course, we had a few little hiccups along the way, as you sometimes do when traveling for over two weeks, but the tour operator's team was always incredibly responsive and helpful. Knowing that someone was just a message away while being halfway around the world was so comforting and made such a difference in our overall experience.
I especially want to give a personal shout-out to our travel specialist, who has been absolutely amazing! Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, she responded so quickly and was always there to help. Her communication, attentiveness, and willingness to make sure everything went smoothly did not go unnoticed. She truly made us feel taken care of throughout the entire trip and I am so grateful for everything she did for us. The excursions were also amazing and I enjoyed every last one of them.
My only small piece of feedback would be to consider starting some of the excursions a little later, closer to 10 a.m., when possible. Since we were visiting multiple destinations, we sometimes had an 8 a.m. excursion followed by another early morning for a transfer to our next destination the following day. Over the course of two and a half weeks, those early mornings did get a little exhausting. That said, I completely understand that scheduling depends on the itinerary and logistics, and this is genuinely my only suggestion for improvement! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat if those were the only times available.
Overall, I would give this experience 20 out of five stars if I could! Every destination was incredible, the logistics were handled beautifully, and we were able to enjoy our trip without the stress of constantly figuring out transportation and travel arrangements ourselves.
I would absolutely use the tour operator for our next adventure and cannot recommend them enough. If you are considering booking through this company, do it! And if you have the opportunity to work with this travel specialist, you will be in wonderful hands. Thank you for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime!
