When we decided to make changes, there was no problem at all and he took care of everything quickly. We really appreciated his attention to detail and his staying in touch with us throughout the trip. It all made for a stress-free travel adventure that we will never forget.

From the very beginning of planning through the final day of our trip, the travel specialist was absolutely exceptional. This was a very special family trip to Greece for us, celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and she created an experience that exceeded every expectation we had.
What impressed us most was the extraordinary level of care, knowledge, and personal service throughout the entire process. The travel specialist did not simply create an itinerary and send us on our way. She was there for us throughout the trip — incredibly responsive, warm, patient, and completely on top of every detail. No matter what we needed or how many questions we had, she was available and ready to help.
Every aspect of the trip was handled beautifully — hotels, transfers, ferries, flights, car arrangements, boat trips, excursions, restaurant recommendations and reservations. Her partners on the ground were also exceptional. Every driver, transfer and experience was professional and reliable, and all of those seemingly small details came together to make the entire trip feel incredibly seamless.
Her recommendations were outstanding. She truly listened to what we wanted and understood the balance we were looking for: beautiful hotels and special experiences, but also authentic Greek villages, wonderful local restaurants, gorgeous beaches, and enough flexibility that the trip never felt overly scheduled. So many of her recommendations became some of our favorite memories of Greece.
Perhaps the greatest testament to the travel specialist, though, was how effortless she made traveling feel. Family travel can be stressful, particularly when you are navigating multiple islands, ferries, flights, and transfers in a foreign country where you don’t speak the language — and then add weather and circumstances completely outside anyone’s control. We experienced wind that affected and cancelled plans and other last-minute changes along the way, and the travel specialist was immediately there to help reorganize, problem-solve, and find alternatives.
That level of support took away an enormous amount of the stress and guesswork that can accompany a trip like this. We never had to wonder what to do next, whom to call, or how to solve a problem. We knew the travel specialist was there and that she would take care of it. She allowed us to simply be present with our family and enjoy Greece.
And that is really what made her service so extraordinary. Her knowledge and professionalism are exceptional, but equally important are her passion, warmth, and genuine investment in her clients’ experience. You can feel how much she cares. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble and she went above and beyond for us again and again.

Our trip to Greece was absolutely perfect! It struck the ideal balance between adventure and relaxation. We stayed busy exploring beautiful places and experiencing the local culture, but we also had plenty of time to unwind. The team at Zicasso’s travel company did an outstanding job organizing and executing every aspect of our recent trip to Turkey. They listened to what we wanted to do and see. They were helpful in suggesting other options as well.
Their guides and drivers were top-notch, too. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative about history, religion, and culture. We learned so much from them.
Finally, all of our accommodations were fantastic. Every one was in a great location, close to the local sights and good restaurants. In the end, it was the service and professionalism that put them over the top. I would highly recommend this travel company.

Great trip of six nights in Turkey, with three full days in Istanbul and two in Cappadocia. Zicasso’s travel specialist created an itinerary based upon my specifics for my 85-year-old father, 73-year-old mother, my wife and I (40s), and our two kids (8 and 11). She gave a couple of options for hotels and matched our budget. She was responsive and flexible.
Upon arrival in Turkey, we were met by our guide, who was our guide throughout the trip. All transportation was arranged in well-appointed and comfortable Mercedes Sprinter vans. Overall, our guide took care of all the logistics so we could really be very efficient in seeing many sights, learning about the culture, and experiencing the cuisine. We did the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, cisterns, several mosques, a food tour, the Galata Tower, Topkapi Palace, a Bosphorus cruise, the Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, and other key sites. Then we flew to Cappadocia, saw the underground cities, went on a sunrise hot-air balloon ride, and saw other key sites.
Overall, the tour was packed but well organized, smooth, and a wonderful introduction for our multigenerational group to the country, people, and culture of Turkey.
