They provided a detailed itinerary, with details of every part—hotels (why they liked them), tours (what we could expect), transfers (easy-to-understand directions for where we were meeting people who helped us get to where we needed to be). All of the transfers were on time and very helpful. The hotels they chose met our needs. We had a great trip and the travel company helped to make that happen.

I used Zicasso's travel specialists to book a two-week trip for two to Greece. I booked six to eight months in advance. The agency listened attentively to what I wanted to experience on my trip.
We started in Athens and visited three islands as well. They arranged all lodging, transfers, tours, and experiences in Greece. They also checked in daily with the next day's activities. They made travel easy and I was able to focus on spending time enjoying myself.
We did have two small mishaps with local tour operators, but Zicasso’s travel company was able to contact them and rectify the situation. I include this because most travel has some unforeseen event and having a travel agent who is always available and willing to help is such an advantage. We will use them again.
