Phenomenal! Zicasso took care of every little detail. The hotels were great, drivers were always early, cars were always clean, drivers were fantastic, and our guides were very good. Each of them over-delivered on our expectations and made sure we had a fantastic time in Greece.

Our flights, our transfers, and our ferry tickets were waiting for us at the hotel front desk on every island. We had incredible tours set up, with the most incredible tour guides. We laughed, drank, ate, and celebrated in the most decadent locations in Naxos, Santorini, Crete, and Athens.
We encountered only one hiccup and she was on it within minutes of receiving my email. She stood by her word and solved my issue with professionalism and expedited the correction. I recently planned a trip to Greece through this platform, and I truly enjoyed how customizable the experience was. I was able to tailor every aspect of our vacation to fit my interests perfectly.

What really stood out was the constant communication—she checked in regularly during the trip, sent friendly reminders before flights, and made sure everything was running smoothly. When our outgoing flight was delayed by two hours (causing us to miss our overseas connection), she immediately stepped in, even though it was past midnight her time. She rearranged our itinerary, secured beautiful accommodations on the Greek riviera, and ensured we were comfortable and stress-free.

Overall, we had a wonderful trip. All of the locations were great and met our expectations. A few of our hotel accommodations could have been a little bit better, but overall, they met our needs. The tours and our guides were wonderful, very knowledgeable, and friendly.
The river ride in Seville, Spain, was the only activity that wasn't very good, as it seemed more like a boat ride versus a tour. Also, the communications with the travel company in Greece and Spain were excellent. They provided all the information we needed via text and WhatsApp.

We had a great time! The trip was really well planned. The highlight was the quality of guides Zicasso’s travel company selected. They really helped provide a great experience. We would have liked to have known that the Hagia Sophia was under renovation. Nevertheless, it was a fantastic family vacation.
