He designed a beautiful itinerary, with first-rate accommodations, tours, and many suggestions for free time, but was also quite willing to make changes. He was always available and when I had two very small issues that I messaged him about, he called me immediately. The app that I was given to use for the duration of our vacation was fully detailed and an incredibly useful tool.

The trip provided by Zicasso's travel company was well-organized, well-planned, and a whole lot of fun. The itinerary sure did keep us busy, but it was a great kind of busy that allowed us to really explore as much as we possibly could. Five stars!
