She made great suggestions and created an incredibly detailed itinerary that included all our "must-do" activities. She was professional and warm throughout the process.
Every excursion was outstanding and every driver made our transfers pleasant and worry-free. I loved that we received notifications the day before a transfer with the driver's name and meeting point. Communication is a very strong point of this company! Our expectations were met and exceeded, especially in customer service. Every detail was taken care of with a smile!
