This trip was simply the best we’ve ever taken! It was all thanks to the meticulous attention to detail by Zicasso’s travel company staff and the exceptional guides and drivers they managed to find.
Our travel agent, in particular, was a gem. She found strategically located hotels that allowed us to explore, rest, and truly enjoy the areas. Each hotel had its own unique charm and every tour was packed with fascinating information and a deep dive into Croatian culture. I can’t thank the travel company enough for making our 29th wedding anniversary trip truly exceptional.

The trip was well organized. The driver was a gem: nice, flexible, responsible, punctual; while the guides varied, they were excellent to acceptable. Most hotels were good or excellent. You may wish to reconsider using our hotel in Berat (the location is good, the room is OK; the owner is rude, unhelpful, and greedy. For example, he charges for coffee at breakfast and overcharges for water).

We had a wonderful trip to Slovenia and Croatia! Working with Zicasso’s travel specialist was great. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Overall, this was a seamless experience. I cannot recommend Zicasso’s travel specialist enough. He planned the perfect trip! He was a great listener, very organized, and responsive. I would recommend him a million percent! This was likely the best trip we have ever been on! Train tickets/hotels/locations all perfection!
