We appreciated her partnership with the tour operator in Peru who put everything together and made our trip exceptional. The guides and staff were great – very informative and helpful. Our guide for five days in the Sacred Valley, Cusco, Machu Picchu, and Rainbow Mountain was a delight and we enjoyed his stories about growing up in the area. Overall, the trip was a great experience.

Our Zicasso travel agent was wonderful! From the first interaction we had with her, we felt heard, seen, and understood. She responded to our wants and offered guidance when we wavered. We would have never considered a mountain-bike ride and absolutely loved getting muddy. Each guide, in Lima and the Andes, was personable and knowledgeable. We felt well taken care of from start to finish!

We decided to travel to Peru very last minute. I had previously used Zicasso and was very pleased with their service, so we decided to do it again. They put us in contact with our travel company in Peru. Our agent and his team immediately responded and listened to everything I would like my trip to include. He sent me the proposal very quickly. It was very informative, organized, and complete. It covered all the areas we wanted to visit.

Once in Peru, we were met by incredible guides and drivers throughout our journey. Our travel agent organized our journey in a manner that we would be acclimated to the altitude and it was great. We had no issues at all. We were able to visit the highest point on our itinerary, Rainbow Mountain, without any health concerns. All the tour guides were amazing and very friendly. Peru is a must-visit country. The people, the food, the sites are all amazing and memorable!
