Our experience working with Zicasso’s travel specialist and this travel company was excellent. The travel specialist was highly responsive and professional, and easily understood what we wanted, designing an itinerary that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall, we had a wonderful trip. All of the locations were great and met our expectations. A few of our hotel accommodations could have been a little bit better, but overall, they met our needs. The tours and our guides were wonderful, very knowledgeable, and friendly.
The river ride in Seville, Spain, was the only activity that wasn't very good, as it seemed more like a boat ride versus a tour. Also, the communications with the travel company in Greece and Spain were excellent. They provided all the information we needed via text and WhatsApp.

He was always available to answer questions—whether about security concerns (the Middle East war began just weeks before our departure) or arranging a last-minute day trip to Alexandria while we were still in Luxor. In Cairo, our Egyptologist and our driver were exceptional—warm, knowledgeable, and so friendly that they quickly felt like family. We learned so much about Ancient Egypt, Alexandria, and the historic sites of Old Cairo. In Luxor and throughout our Nile River cruise, our guide was equally wonderful: attentive, kind, and deeply informative.

We are a group of nine college friends in our mid-70s who had an absolutely wonderful trip of a lifetime to Egypt and Jordan, planned by Zicasso’s travel specialist. Every facet was competently covered: Cairo, Aswan, Abu Simbel, a five-day dahabiya cruise down the Nile, Luxor, and onto Petra in Jordan.
