Our travel specialist was on top of all the details and called us several times to ensure the planned events and experiences met all our expectations (which they did). Zicasso’s travel specialist was a delight to work with. This was a complicated trip of a lifetime for our family. We are a blended family of two parents, 10 children, plus spouses/partners, and 11 grandchildren plus spouses/partners. The goal was to take as many as possible on a safari in Tanzania and then spend some time in Zanzibar. In the end, we organized two safari groups, one with 11 and another with 9. We also threw in a trip to Egypt for a few of us at the end.
I worked with the travel specialist for 18 months organizing the program, logistics, and details. She was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate as family member circumstances required some to drop out and the war with Iran threw travel plans for many into disarray.
The trip was nothing short of amazing. It created lasting, cherished memories and produced wonders beyond our expectations. The venues selected were wonderful, the guides were the very best available and the countryside was amazing. I will forever be grateful to the travel specialist for helping me make this lifelong dream come true.
