Fantastic planning and fantastic execution by Zicasso's travel company. Everything we experienced exceeded our expectations!!!!

We are so happy that we chose this Zicasso tour company to coordinate our vacation in Italy. From the moment we arrived in Rome airport to the day we departed at Milan airport 12 days later, everything went as planned, without a single problem or incident. We can’t say enough good things about the company and the beautiful country of Italy.

We had the absolute best vacation and loved working with Zicasso’s travel specialist. The trip exceeded our expectations and everything was so easy on our end. Our drivers were fantastic and always on time.
Our guides for private tours of Pompeii and the Vatican Museums (including the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica) were knowledgeable, friendly, spoke excellent English, and we never had to wait in extended queues.
The hotels selected worked perfectly for our family, with wonderful locations in Sorrento and Rome.
Our travel specialist was always quick to reply to our questions and truly planned a vacation we will never forget. We will use this her again when we return!

The overall experience was exceptional. Zicasso's travel specialists helped plan the perfect vacation to Italy and the support from the travel specialist in Italy was outstanding. The logistical support was seamless and the drivers, as well as the personal tour guides, were knowledgeable and talented. We could not have dreamed of a better vacation. Kudos to all those involved in our journey.

Excellent communication. Seamless connections and tours. Great location choices, with very good activities planned, yet not overly busy. Good recommendations for free days. Fair to superior tour guides. Great ability to make adjustments, especially when our plane left without us and we were a day late. They handled everything flawlessly.

We had the best time! From the hotel stays to tours and transfers, everything was planned perfectly.

The vineyard/hotel in Chianti was very rustic; however, it was remote enough that, without a vehicle, we were restricted to dinner only at the vineyard. We planned to go one night to another restauant, but found that the Uber would be $250 for a 10-minute drive.
