Overall, we had a wonderful trip. All of the locations were great and met our expectations. A few of our hotel accommodations could have been a little bit better, but overall, they met our needs. The tours and our guides were wonderful, very knowledgeable, and friendly.
The river ride in Seville, Spain, was the only activity that wasn't very good, as it seemed more like a boat ride versus a tour. Also, the communications with the travel company in Greece and Spain were excellent. They provided all the information we needed via text and WhatsApp.

Zicasso’s travel agent developed our itinerary to our specifications. She reached out right away and called if a follow-up was needed or to clarify something. Our trip went off without any problems. The itinerary was very clear, as was the timeline, trip summary, and tickets. If I had a question, she always responded.
We had one slight issue, which was quickly resolved and worked itself out. I communicated often with her throughout the trip and I always received a pleasant response. Our trip was designed to our needs. Our accommodations were wonderful! I would definitely recommend this travel company!

Our visit to Bath and London was great. I told Zicasso’s travel agent what we wanted to see and how much time we wanted to be in England, and he put together a great plan. Our anniversary trip to Italy, which Zicasso’s travel specialist helped me plan, was magical. She spaced out our activities, so we got to see the major sites, but didn't feel overbooked. She was extremely helpful days before the trip, making sure we had detailed instructions and vouchers, and was available on WhatsApp while we were traveling. My husband and I recently traveled to Italy for the first time. We wanted it to be a trip of a lifetime with as little stress as possible. He collected much information about our interests, goals for the trip, physical needs, and budgetary constraints. His team then created a beautiful itinerary, with many choices of hotels and VIP tours. It was so much fun to do research and make the choices that began to shape our once-in-a-lifetime trip.
Our travel concierge offered advice and recommendations, and answered the many questions we had throughout the planning process, until we came up with our final itinerary. Designing a trip with an expert in the field was fun and well worth it!!
Once in Italy, the attention to every detail made our experience simply extraordinary. From the moment we got off the plane, we were seamlessly guided and transported throughout the week by drivers and guides. We never had to worry about how we would get anywhere, which enabled us to fully focus our attention on all the beautiful locations and culture of Italy.
Choosing some guided tours was well worth it too. There is so much history and culture in Italy it is mind boggling. Our guides were enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend going to the Vatican in Rome, Orvieto in Tuscany, and Pompeii in Sorrento.
