It couldn’t have gone smoother and couldn’t have been planned better. And the responsiveness of our personal Zicasso agent was very rapid, even well after dinner time, if we had a question, comment, or concern.

I am writing to thank Zicasso’s travel specialist and the travel company for organizing such an amazing trip to Italy. This was the "bucket-list" trip my sister and I have talked about since we were teenagers and, 40 years later, she made it happen exactly as we had dreamed.
What we appreciated most was how well the travel specialist listened to our ideas and transformed them into a travel plan that truly worked for us. While it is easy to have ideas about traveling to Italy, it takes an experienced professional to balance the logistics of time, sightseeing, and budget. She made our trip feel so personal that we felt like we were the only ones touring this beautiful country.

Zicasso's travel specialist and the travel company planned and guided us through our dream vacation to Greece and Italy. They thought of everything. All of our hotels were beautiful and in perfect locations. Our transportation from city to city was seamless. All of our tours and experiences were amazingly planned to fit exactly what we asked for. We had great local support in the cities we visited. We had the time of our lives!

Overall, our trip went very smoothly, even with the couple of changes we made on the fly. The drivers and guides were always prompt and courteous. All in all, we loved Malta! We want to give special thanks to Zicasso's travel consultant, who was a great help to us in all of our planning.
The hotel was beautiful, with a great location. The general manager was superb, as were all the front-desk staff. The manager offered excellent restaurant suggestions and general assistance.
Our room was quite nice and spacious. One issue with it was that it was a separate room from the other guest rooms, with access through the restaurant. The proximity to the restaurant meant that late at night and early in the morning we could hear noises from the kitchen and restaurant (tables and chairs scaping on the floor). However, we did love the hotel overall and would highly recommend it.

Zicasso's travel specialist and the travel company were extremely receptive to my wants/needs for my honeymoon. They provided an excellent first-draft itinerary and were easy to work with to refine the itinerary to exactly what my wife and I were looking for. The execution of the trip was just as perfect as the planning. We never had to worry about anything during our trip. Everything was planned and ran smoothly. They were always quick to respond to my questions via WhatsApp.
The travel company also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities for us to take advantage of on our own time. Truly wonderful experience.

Our experience with Zicasso and the travel company started off a little rocky, but it ultimately became everything we had hoped for. Upon arriving in Rome, everything flowed beautifully and the trip was exceptionally well organized.
The only real hiccup occurred when one of our drivers arrived late. I contacted our travel specialist, who responded promptly and professionally, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the driver’s attitude afterward was disappointing. He suggested we should “Pretend you’re not going to be late,” and when he dropped us off, he casually said, “Good luck,” in a dismissive manner. Thankfully, this was the only negative experience during our journey.
Otherwise, every member of the team was professional, courteous, and attentive. A special thank you to everyone who coordinated the transportation throughout our trip. It was seamless and outstanding!
Our favorite hotel was our hotel in Rome, which truly delivered a genuine five-star luxury experience. The views at our hotel in Taormina were absolutely breathtaking; however, the hotel could benefit from improvements in staff communication, training, and operational procedures. In our opinion, it does not yet provide a five-star experience.
We would also like to give special recognition to the concierge at our hotel in Venice. He arranged an unforgettable private boat tour that made our day in Venice truly magical. His service was exceptional and deserves special mention.
Overall, we are grateful to the entire team for creating such a memorable journey. We would absolutely use Zicasso and the travel company again for our next adventure, and would confidently recommend them to others.
