Anna was great to work with and created a trip of a lifetime for me and my family! She listened to my ideas and offered suggestions that truly enhanced our trip. This travel company did a truly outstanding job planning our Scandinavian Rail Vacation.  The accommodations were all excellent, with superb breakfast buffets in each one.  The private tours were also excellent, with knowledgeable guides who were truly responsive to our interests.All arrangements were in place, and the smart phone app made executing the trip particularly easy.  Kudos throughout to our travel agent and his team.

Can I give more than 5 stars? This travel company developed a fantastic itinerary, ticking all of our wish list boxes, provided excellent customer service before, during and after the trip and was a real pleasure to work with. 

Well organized trip. Didn’t like the train seating arrangement from Stockholm to Sweden we couldn’t exchange it at the station to have us seat next to each other . The lady beside me for the rest of the trip was on her phone for most of the train ride which was very annoying and I wanted to take a nap. It was a long train ride to have someone next to you babbling on the phone all the time !! 

Our travel planner at this travel company was, in a word, fantastic.  We went through 6 itineraries with him, and he was ever-patient and helpful throughout the planning process.  He was always creative in his suggestions and knew all the areas we traveled in (Iceland, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden) like the back of his hand.  He was consistently pliant with our wishes and changes and made our trip one of the most outstanding we've ever taken.  We chose to explore areas most tourists do not (like Visby in Gotland and Lapland in the Arctic Circle) and picked adventure over leisure.  Additionally, he was more than generous in making the very best of the few minor lapses that inevitably occur in any detailed 3 week itinerary (we also spent a self-booked week in London).  Almost on a daily basis he corresponded with us using the wonderful travel app the agency supplied, which included our day-to-day activities, times, and area information.  Without reservation we recommend him and this travel company for any Scandinavian travel plans.

The travel designer has been very responsive in our planning. He listened to our preferences and delivered with excellent guides, experiences and accommodations. 

Working with the travel company was pleasant and easy, even ‘tho there was a 6 hour time difference we managed to discuss fine points in advance of our travel dates.  The hotels selected suited our style and we found the locations to be excellent. The several small group  walking tours arranged by the travel company added to our experience, some thing we could not have managed to arrange so well on our own.  Our guides were knowledgeable, pleasant and in one case particularly delightful.

We were very impressed with the professional service we received from this travel company.  Due to a business meeting being postponed, we had to move our planned May visit until September. Our trip planner was patient and consistently helpful as we worked out our travel dates.  Once our itinerary was set, the documents arrived promptly, and we loved the app for our phones. 

We just returned from almost 3 weeks in Scandinavia and can't thank the travel designer at this company enough for a fantastic trip. I started working with the travel designer several months in advance and he was always very helpful and responsive to any and all of my questions. The pace, accommodations and activities that he selected were spot on and the app for this travel company was really helpful and provided so much information. We were all very impressed with it!Thank you!
