Zicasso's travel specialist was great to work with in designing our trip. She took the time to understand what was important to us. We went through a number of iterations and she always had wonderful ideas and suggestions, allowing us to design our dream vacation. Another team member was also awesome to work with, making sure everything was executed as planned.
When I developed some issues with my hip a month before our travel, she worked with the hotels, drivers, and tour guides to assist with my limited abilities. The communication was always very responsive. There were no travel issues. Everything happened as planned.

The planning process was fun and easy. Zicasso’s travel specialist was incredibly patient with us and put together a marvelous trip in a very short amount of time, during the height of the travel season. We covered hundreds of miles with our driver, an all-around showman and entertainer. We saw beautiful scenery, stepped back in time, experienced culture, and, most importantly, had a lot of laughs.

Zicasso's travel company did an excellent job planning my trip to Scotland and Ireland with my college friend. I chatted with our travel specialist about what we would like to do and our interests, and she customized a trip for us. We did not want to be part of a tour group of 20+ people. We preferred a more personalized experience.
The hotels were immaculate, with a great variety at breakfast and attentive staff. The tours and excursions were amazing, with extremely personable and knowledgeable guides. There was a great balance of tours, excursions, and free time to explore. All the details were compiled in a binder, with additional information to help us along the way. The attention to detail made our experience so much better.

The trip was perfect. Our Zicasso travel specialist handled all the planning and customized the trip to our preferences. In addition, our group size changed three times in the six months prior to the trip and she handled each change. The itinerary was the perfect blend of unique experiences and some free time. Hotels were great and our driver-guide was fantastic. Overall, 11 out of 10!

The trip was fabulous. The only negative was the heat and I don't think you control that. We had a few small hiccups, but the support team was on top of them each time. Very professional and on top of things.
We had five guides on this trip and each was fantastic. Our guides in London, France, and Italy were all wonderful. Their English was good and their stories and context were wonderful.
The hotels were good. We all liked the one in Rome the best, but all were good.
My family had a fabulous time and I would recommend Zicasso's travel company highly and use them in the future.
