I recently planned a trip to Greece through this platform, and I truly enjoyed how customizable the experience was. I was able to tailor every aspect of our vacation to fit my interests perfectly.

Both agents I interacted with were wonderful—knowledgeable, attentive, and eager to make the trip memorable. I ultimately chose to work with Zicasso’s travel specialist and she was absolutely fantastic. She was thorough and thoughtful in selecting our properties, restaurants, excursions, and daily itineraries. Her attention to detail and timing made everything flow seamlessly.

What really stood out was the constant communication—she checked in regularly during the trip, sent friendly reminders before flights, and made sure everything was running smoothly. When our outgoing flight was delayed by two hours (causing us to miss our overseas connection), she immediately stepped in, even though it was past midnight her time. She rearranged our itinerary, secured beautiful accommodations on the Greek riviera, and ensured we were comfortable and stress-free.

The hotel locations and accommodations were outstanding. The pick-up service was excellent, as were our drivers. Our tours and guides were excellent. Zicasso’s travel specialist made our trip easy to navigate. Daily notifications of the agenda were an added bonus. I will reach out to the travel specialist again.

My husband and I had the most amazing honeymoon and owe it all to Zicasso’s travel specialists. We visited Athens, Crete, Santorini, and Naxos. We had an amazing experience in each location and were constantly in awe of the hotels and experiences that had been booked for us. Zicasso’s travel specialist responded to messages almost immediately and sent us our ferry/plane boarding passes before we had even thought of them. We only got home a few days ago and are already looking forward to planning another trip with Zicasso.

I never want to plan another trip without Zicasso’s travel specialist. I don’t think I would have been able to actually enjoy my trip if I had had to organize all of the logistics. There was such a peace of mind knowing the tour operator's team was paying attention to every message, every request, and every detail. Each person we interacted with was knowledgeable, kind, and professional, from the team members themselves to the professionals they hired for the excursions (i.e., drivers, guides, etc.).

There is no universe in which I could have planned and executed the trip with the same success. We are very grateful to the team for creating a once-in-a-lifetime trip. We plan to recommend them to anyone who will listen.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire experience with Zicasso and the tour operator. From the initial exploration with Zicasso on the different things we wanted to experience during our time in Greece to the regular communication before, during, and after with the tour operator, we finished the trip feeling like we experienced everything we had hoped to experience at an extremely high level.
