I have never had a more seamless trip than this trip with Zicasso’s travel specialist. She arranged every pick-up and delivery for Scotland and Wales. The hotels were fabulous, especially the ones in remote areas. Our driver was on time and we had a great time together. The travel specialist and I stayed in touch throughout the trip. Can't say enough good about this travel company and the travel specialist. Five stars.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip!!! The travel company's assistance was greatly appreciated in planning and providing us with great advice. All the hotels were lovely and their staff very helpful in providing guidance and assistance when requested. All the drivers were professional and very friendly, and all the tour guides were excellent and very personable throughout the trip. We really had an amazing time; the trip, the tours, and the food checked off everything on our “bucket list” in each location, yet we still had time to relax and just enjoy our surroundings.
