My Zicasso travel designer was knowledgeable about the area. She worked with me and, when requested, with a fellow traveler. She knew that I was planning this trip not only for myself, but for relatives, and that I had already been to Lithuania. We talked and she said she would be sure to add in some locations and activities that I had never seen or done. She was prompt with replies about any concerns or questions I had. She incorporated all of the requests I had and more!

The hotels were superb, each with a great breakfast. I especially loved that they varied, one with a sauna and outside areas for games, another with a spa, a third in a manor, and the first/last hotel in the middle of Vilnius, which was easily walkable to many of the important sights in the city.

Our personal tour guide was Lithuanian, very knowledgeable about the areas we visited, and extremely accommodating when one of our travelers needed something extra.

Overall, the trip was great. Zicasso's travel specialist was easy to work with and very accommodating, and was very accessible while we were on the trip, making a slight switch to the itinerary.

There was one small scheduling glitch along the way, but it didn't detract from our trip.

The accommodations were first rate and the tours that were prearranged were excellent.

This is the third time we've scheduled a trip with Zicasso and we have been very please each time.

We travelled to Finland on Thanksgiving week with the goal of seeing the aurora borealis – a bucket-list experience. Thanks to our Zicasso travel specialist, we not only saw the aurora borealis, but we also had a wonderful time awaiting its showing with a campfire meal in a kota, as well as stories and lessons on the science of the "lights show" from our very knowledgeable guide.

Throughout our seven-day trip, we had daily activities that fulfilled a truly Finland experience – from avanto (sauna and dip in frozen lake) to mushing to feeding reindeer and more! The best part was when our agent prepared a traditional Finnish dinner for us inside a kota that was right in the backyard of our rental.

It was an overall wonderful experience. Our agent was awesome! She was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions and requests in the planning stages, as well as during the trip itself. Her personal touch was just over and beyond! She and her company deserve five stars!

After the experience, you could tell they truly listened to how we like to travel in terms of everything: pacing, hotels, guides, activities, and quality of local providers.

They know the area and also hold a good/solid network of providers in the area.

There was an "open line of communication with them the whole time through a simple solution (WhatsApp chat).

Their recommendations and reservations were totally on target (food). The guides were very professional. We wanted to take advantage of every day and they made us go to bed really tired (which is a good thing).

Zicasso and our agent listened to our requests and arranged exactly the type of trip and excursions that met and exceeded our expectations.

It was an outstanding experience. The planning process was incredibly smooth, and I truly appreciated the agent's patience and dedication as we went through many iterations until the itinerary was absolutely perfect. They were highly responsive to my preferences, especially when it came to hotel choices. The selections were fantastic, perfectly aligning with my desire for boutique accommodations within walking distance of key attractions and shopping.

Communication throughout the trip was a major highlight. The use of WhatsApp for real-time updates was invaluable, keeping me informed about any changes and what to expect next. This proactive approach significantly enhanced my travel experience and provided great peace of mind.

The only area for improvement would be regarding airline selection and why I took off one star. While I understand the need to balance budget, the inclusion of Ryanair was a surprise. As a traveler, I typically avoid low-budget airlines due to their service and experience, and I would have preferred to be informed about this choice upfront with alternative options presented, even if at a higher cost. Additionally, it would have been helpful to receive information about the potential crowds at popular attractions like the Eiffel Tower, allowing me to make a more informed decision about whether to include it in my itinerary.

Despite this minor point, I would wholeheartedly recommend this travel agency for their meticulous planning, excellent hotel curation, and superb in-trip communication. They truly delivered a personalized and stress-free travel experience.
