This was a great trip and we'd like to express our gratitude to Zicasso’s travel specialist for all her help in making this trip happen! The travel specialist asked us about our preferences, places we wanted to see, activities we wanted to take part in, etc., and put together an itinerary that allowed us to accomplish everything.
She always stayed on top of things and informed us about potential issues in real time (one time our ferry boat was running late, so it was great to know about it beforehand).
Everything was organized superbly. The guides and the drivers were there on time; no issues whatsoever.

This is my second tour in the Nordics where I worked with her and the experience was superb, from the planning to actually experiencing the rich itinerary she designed. They are all very knowledgeable and, most of all, very friendly, while at the same time very aware of the high quality of client service she provides.
Her ultimate superpower is her empathy, which requires good listening skills. The two trips I took with her were different in terms of pace and types of activities. In both trips, she truly captured the experience that we desired and envisioned. Soon, I'll be arranging our third trip with her, for real!!!

Zicasso’s travel specialist and his whole team were fantastic to work with. They made everything so easy. While we were traveling, if we had any questions at all, we could text them and we almost always had a response within just a few short minutes.
The hotels, excursions, and restaurants that they reserved for us were all so nice. And the fact that we never had to worry about figuring out how we were going to get from one spot to the next made traveling through multiple countries so much easier.
