Zicasso’s travel company did an excellent job in organizing our family trip by ensuring our top five "must-do" activities were available, despite limitations due to our last-minute planning and very busy tourist season. They really did some outside-the-box thinking for us and delivered a wonderful experience.

It provided us with everything from stress-free pick-ups and drop-offs to a variety of experiences with the most wonderful excursions. It far exceeded our expectations. Our travel company, in cooperation with Zicasso, did an incredible job of planning our seven-day Portugal extravaganza! Zicasso’s travel company and the travel agent were wonderful to work with and made our Paris trip très magnifique! We were a little last-minute in our planning and the travel company helped us book everything we wanted to do! From a skip-the-line tour at the Musée d'Orsay, a private Seine River cruise, a private biking tour of Versailles, to hard-to-get top of the Eiffel Tower tour tickets, the travel company booked it all for us and made it happen! We had the trip of a lifetime thanks to the travel agent and the travel company!

Zicasso’s travel specialist was absolutely superb! The trip was well planned and she took into consideration all of my requests, in addition to asking me all the right questions. The itinerary suited our lifestyle and the numerous suggestions that she made turned out to make our trip memorable. She also kept me informed of every detail. This was a last-minute trip and needed to be put together in a matter of days. The entire trip was put together in an extremely timely manner.

It was a pleasure working with Zicasso’s travel specialist and her team for our recent trip to Italy, including Rome and Sicily. The travel specialist was thoughtful throughout and demonstrated exceptional local knowledge when crafting our itinerary, particularly for Sicily, where we spent seven to eight days exploring the northwest, east, and southeast regions.

The itinerary beautifully blended visits to charming fishing villages with well-paced day tours, allowing for meaningful free time in between. In fact, she strongly encouraged us to include a free day to explore on our own, which made a noticeable difference, as we never felt rushed or exhausted. The hotels were impeccably selected and added greatly to the overall experience.

This was a truly memorable trip that we enjoyed every step of the way.
