Our 19-day trip to Italy was everything we hoped it would be. The itinerary allowed plenty of time in each location and alternated between high-energy spots and places where we could take things a little slower.

Every driver arrived promptly to pick us up; the trains were on time, clean, and easy to navigate; and all of our hotels were comfortable and well-located, and each reflected the local charm of the area. All of the tour guides and excursions were fun and informative.

Zicasso's travel specialist did a great job of keeping in touch every day and we always felt confident they were available if we had questions or needed assistance. We highly recommend their services.

This was our first experience with Zicasso and using our agency to assist in planning, scheduling, and supporting us throughout our trip to Argentina. The process was quite easy to understand and the agency did a fabulous job of choosing lovely accommodations for each city/town we visited. We requested private drivers for most of the trip and needed in-county flights to visit various cities. The support to accomplish all this was flawless.

The time in Mendoza was wonderful, visiting a number of wineries for tours, tasting, and lunch most days, again thoughtfully procured by them. We especially appreciated our support person while in-country. She reached out to us frequently to make sure all was going to plan and was easy to reach when we had questions. Every detail of our trip was meticulously planned and executed by Zicasso's travel specialists.
