It was a fantastic trip. Everything we planned with Zicasso’s travel company was on time and with high-quality local guides and drivers. They were very responsive and helped us build an itinerary for our 12-day trip to southern Italy. They stayed in touch throughout the planning process, helping us find restaurants and answer questions. I would highly recommend this travel company to anyone planning a trip to Italy.

The custom trip and itinerary were developed by Zicasso’s travel company and they made numerous recommendations for exploring, starting in Spain, in Madrid, and continuing down to numerous Andalusian cities, including Seville, Granada, Gibraltar, Málaga, and Córdoba.

Not only was the itinerary prepared with great detail and consideration, but every effort was taken to ensure the lodging requested met five-star requirements. Drivers and guides were assigned to us at all of our destinations, and this included airport arrivals and departures. Drivers and guides were not only punctual, they were personable and extremely knowledgeable, with decades of experience.

Our trip continued to Morocco, where we flew into Casablanca from Málaga. Again, airport connections were perfect and we had VIP arrival service on landing. Our driver and guide were aligned with us for the week we spent between Oualidia and Marrakech. Lodging was exceptional and our expectations were certainly exceeded.

Furthermore, the travel company made it a point to communicate with us openly over WhatsApp, answering the few questions we had in a prompt manner and checking in with us throughout the trip.

This is the first time I have 100% used a travel company and I could not have been more pleased with the delivery of the trip and the overall cost.

Where to begin? I had a seamless experience with Zicasso and specifically our travel company in Madrid. Our travel specialist created a trip hitting everything I asked for…culture, food, and great hotels. The extra bonuses were the terrific guides and detailed itineraries.

Zicasso’s travel specialist was a pleasure to work with. She helped me plan our trip of a lifetime to Italy. I told her which cities we wanted to visit and our interests, and she gave me great recommendations for tours and experiences. She was flexible with the itinerary changes I made beforehand and, after our arrival, the pre-arranged transportation was seamless and the hotels were great.

Our ambassador during the trip was very responsive when I had questions. I appreciated the daily messaging app reminders for the times and activities for the next day, including a location link on Google Maps for the meeting points. Our pre-arranged drivers and tour guides were excellent.

This holiday was everything I hoped for. If I am fortunate enough to plan another holiday to Italy, I will definitely use the travel company again! Based on this experience, I will definitely use Zicasso again for an international holiday.

We had a great trip to Florence, Tuscany, and Rome. One of the best parts about the trip was our travel company. Zicasso's travel specialist took care of booking everything we needed and doing so within budget. I didn't have to worry about keeping up with tour tickets and schedules because he had already taken care of all that. He was also available for quick questions and updates while we were on our trip. We couldn't have asked for better!

Our trip to northern Spain (Basque Country and Asturias) was a spectacular success, and our work with Zicasso’s travel specialist and the travel company were a huge part in making that a reality. She was also an awesome resource when we were in Spain, communicating with us proactively to check in and also responding promptly to any questions that arose.
