We were lucky to connect with the Zicasso tour operator; she made all the planning easy and helped us every step of the way. We traveled with a couple who had not traveled much and they were so impressed with how easy the trip was from the first step off the plane to the last step back to the airport. What a fantastic adventure and not at all what we expected.
First, our local tour guide was a gem. She was so intelligent and informative, and a delight every moment. I have to say, she will remain a treasured friend and I miss her already! Our drivers couldn't have been better and their cars were fabulous. They were treated like part of the family. The guide who joined us for two days during our trip to Viñales was a fountain of information. They even taught us how to play dominos! We were taken care of like family.
