I was absolutely pleased with my experience with Zicasso and the travel company as they planned our 25th anniversary trip to New Zealand in early 2026. Our trip consultant kept our dream trip within our budget and all accommodations were clean, comfortable, safe, and had every amenity we needed and wanted. All planned excursions went perfectly and we experienced all we hoped for and much more. I will absolutely use these services again.

Overall, it was an amazing trip. Zicasso's travel company really took the time to get to know us and tailored the itinerary to what we enjoy. They suggested experiences we never would have found on our own and many of those ended up being highlights of our honeymoon. Everything was so well organized that we barely had to lift a finger, which made the entire trip feel relaxing and seamless. We truly appreciated all of the planning and support, and would absolutely travel with them again.

Zicasso’s tour company planned a wonderful, month-long trip for four of us in New Zealand and Australia. Every detail was covered and the pacing of the trip, although rigorous, allowed for appropriate downtime when needed.
The accommodations were very nice, providing a nice mix of four- and five-star boutique hotels, as well as a luxury splurge, all within our budget. When we requested a couple of last-minute changes to our itinerary, the travel company responded quickly and efficiently. The app was a bit confusing at first, but quickly became our go-to resource and the in-app messaging service worked well after hours and on weekends. Looking back, we wouldn't change a thing. It was all wonderful!

Zicasso’s travel specialist was great. We spent multiple months planning our honeymoon to Australia and had numerous calls/trip agenda revisions, which allowed us to have a perfect trip and honeymoon.
