One of our agents worked with us through several drafts of the Itinerary as we fine-tuned our plans and finalized hotels. She then turned us over to a colleague, who helped finalize the details and coordinated our dinner reservations. Both were very responsive.

Also, thanks to our driver, who was with us throughout the trip and helped make it special! Our driver was very flexible in the scheduling and helped us fine tune our activities and schedule.

He was always ready to help us with our luggage and he even carried a backpack for us during one tour. He even played a "Sound of Music" recording for us while we traveled to Salzburg. Additionally, it would have been helpful to receive information about the potential crowds at popular attractions like the Eiffel Tower, allowing me to make a more informed decision about whether to include it in my itinerary.

Despite this minor point, I would wholeheartedly recommend this travel agency for their meticulous planning, excellent hotel curation, and superb in-trip communication. They truly delivered a personalized and stress-free travel experience.
