The trip was well organized. The driver was a gem: nice, flexible, responsible, punctual; while the guides varied, they were excellent to acceptable. Most hotels were good or excellent. You may wish to reconsider using our hotel in Berat (the location is good, the room is OK; the owner is rude, unhelpful, and greedy. For example, he charges for coffee at breakfast and overcharges for water).

Zicasso’s travel specialist and his whole team were fantastic to work with. They made everything so easy. While we were traveling, if we had any questions at all, we could text them and we almost always had a response within just a few short minutes.
The hotels, excursions, and restaurants that they reserved for us were all so nice. And the fact that we never had to worry about figuring out how we were going to get from one spot to the next made traveling through multiple countries so much easier.
We will definitely use them again for a trip like this.

He and his colleague provided us with a private driver instead for a long journey from Salzburg to Lucerne, all at no extra cost to us!
