Our family of eight had the pleasure of booking a 12-day tour with Zicasso's travel company to Albania. This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our truly enjoyable tour was organized and well planned out, which made it a genuinely outstanding trip. The accommodations throughout the trip were consistently first class. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned out and we never felt rushed. There was a perfect balance between free time and guided tours, which was important to our group.
What made our trip truly memorable was our exceptional tour guide and driver. Our guide was outstanding! He was knowledgeable about the history of Albania and shared interesting stories and historical insight on the places we visited. His passion and enthusiasm were felt throughout the tour. He both engaging and personable, and was always available to answer any questions. He provided help and advice when needed and was sensitive to the needs of our group. He truly was a gem!
Equally amazing was our driver. He provided comfortable, smooth, stress-free rides in a roomy, clean bus. His maneuvering of challenging roads and situations was quite impressive. We always felt safe and never had to worry. He was professional, courteous, and reliable.
Together, our guide and driver were a great team. They worked together to ensure we had an enjoyable trip and even acted as translators during a visit with family! They created a warm and engaging atmosphere while keeping everything running on schedule.

All the hotels were lovely and their staff very helpful in providing guidance and assistance when requested. All the drivers were professional and very friendly, and all the tour guides were excellent and very personable throughout the trip. We really had an amazing time; the trip, the tours, and the food checked off everything on our “bucket list” in each location, yet we still had time to relax and just enjoy our surroundings.
