We had a fantastic time. The travel company thought of everything and guided us through what could have been a complicated trip. We appreciated that we were met at every airport by drivers and guides. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations.
Our travel specialist really took into account what we told him to make sure our needs and our budget were met. His Zoom calls were so helpful with the planning. We stayed at three different bush camps and each was unique in its own way, giving us a wide variety of experiences and many wonderful animals to observe and photograph.
I have already mentioned our travel specialist to a couple of friends, suggesting that if they are planning a trip to Africa, he is their man. Thank you, Zicasso, for recommending the travel company.

In Botswana, we stayed at a camp in the Okavango Delta - a beautiful camp - everything first-rate - wonderful staff - just loved it!! Our second camp was in Linyanti. We liked that both the camps were just a few rooms. This camp was also very nice! The animal experiences were terrific at both camps. Nice service, great food and lots of it, as you get a lot of snacks throughout the day!
We had gorgeous hotels in Johannesburg, Victoria Falls, and Cape Town. Most of the tours were small-group for the four of us, which made it even better to not be in a big group.
In Cape Town, we enjoyed the peninsula, city area, and the wine country. We also enjoyed the Hermanus region.

Our trip was a 5 out of 5 and I would gladly recommend Zicasso’s tour operator and our travel designer to anyone who is planning a trip to Africa. We loved all of our accommodations, which included 3 camps as well as our accommodation in Cape Town.
All of the people we encountered throughout our 2 weeks took care of our every need in such a thoughtful way. The safaris themselves were spectacular, and our guides were super-knowledgeable and fun to spend time with. Food at all of our stays was excellent. And the logistics for the entire trip were seamless!

My wife and I, our son, daughter-in-law, and grandsons took a safari in Kenya in June 2026 that was arranged by a Zicasso travel agent. The trip was wonderful! The travel specialist found a great lodge for us in the Maasai Mara North Conservancy and the guide he arranged for us was great. He was very prompt in answering my questions, and he helped me customize our family safari beautifully. I selected him from three travel agents to whom Zicasso introduced me and I highly recommend him!

Wow, where do I start? Working with Zicasso's travel specialist was a dream. She possesses an amazing attention to detail! She has excellent communication. I felt she had a real desire to create the best birthday trip for me.

I had the pleasure of meeting Zicasso's travel specialist and the travel company in 2024. She was delightful over the telephone on our first encounter and we put our trust in her and the travel company to deliver an African travel experience for a family of 25 people.
I am writing the review for all 25 of us. The trip was amazing and a time we will always remember as a family, and it far exceeded five stars. From the moment we touched down in Africa to when we left, every detail was so well coordinated. The lodging accommodations were perfect for our group and the safari plans that the travel company arranged at our safari lodge were fantastic.
The trip took us from Cape Town to a safari to Victoria Falls, and it was extremely nice to always have a point of contact when we traveled.
The travel specialist and the staff listened to the type of trip we were looking for and helped us every step of the way.
They were very prompt in returning every email and communication we sent them. They dotted every i and crossed every t.
I would give the travel company my highest recommendation and would refer any friend or client to them for their travels.
My entire family cannot thank them enough for delivering such a memorable experience for our family.
