We were very happy overall with our trip, including guides, hotels, and the itinerary. There were some things we would change here and there, but overall, Zicasso's travel specialists put together an excellent adventure.

Everything went just as described. There were no hiccups. Everything was on time, welcoming, and comfortable. There was excellent trip documentation and we had everything we needed from Zicasso's travel company.

The trip met or exceeded all of our expectations. Zicasso’s travel company was a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge of Africa was invaluable. They were responsive to all our questions and steered us in the right direction whenever we were uncertain. We would recommend their services to anyone who wants to have the perfect African adventure.

Zicasso's travel company did a great job with all the details. Every pick-up ride was waiting, small planes were as scheduled, and camps and lodges were expecting us. Our private guide was amazing. Camps were fantastic, with wonderful staff who became family.
Our lodge at Ngorongoro Crater was a nice change from camps at the end of the week. A key to the intelligent schedule was to send us to West Serengeti first. We caught the migration in its full glory. Most safari travelers we met did it in reverse, starting at Ngorongoro, and may have missed much of the migration. As a “lucky” bonus, white rhinos were introduced at Ngorongoro two days before we got there and we got to observe the interesting reaction of the existing black rhinos to these larger relatives. We saw every common animal species that exists in the Serengeti. That included 85 different lions and 13 different cheetahs.
This trip exceeded all our expectations and the direction and oversight by the travel company was spot-on. I can recommend this tour operator without any reservation.

It was absolutely the trip of a lifetime! Every aspect of this adventure was flawlessly executed by Zicasso's travel specialist, using our time as effectively as possible. The itinerary worked perfectly to exceed our expectations, with no time wasted.

The trip was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to our travel planner and guide, we were able to fit so much adventure into 12 days. Communication was always prompt and our planner quickly answered all of our questions leading up to and during the trip. The transfer from our Kenya guide to our Uganda guide was seamless. We had an issue with logistics in the last few days, but our planner helped us solve it quickly.
The only thing I would suggest they do differently: Our communication leading up to the Uganda portion of the trip was with the operations manager. We didn't meet our guide (or know they weren’t the operations manager) until the morning we left for Kibale. It would have been nice to have some communication with our guide beforehand as there were a couple of things on the itinerary (prepared by the manager) that our guide seemed not to know anything about, namely a game drive in Queen Elizabeth Park.

Out of my many vacations this one was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had.  This travel company listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. The camps we stayed at went above and beyond when it came to guest service and the drivers and Masai guides showed not only their knowledge in safari trekking but gave us an insight into their beautiful and innocent lifes... I did not want to leave.
