She and her team didn't miss a beat in a three-week trip all over Portugal and the Azores, and quickly accommodated changes resulting from weather, a flight cancellation, and our simply opting not to do a scheduled activity.

The team at Zicasso’s tour operator extended an incredible amount of patience and willingness to flex with some very last-minute and unexpected obstacles to my travel. Accommodations, tours, reservations, and ground transportation all required changes; the tour operator handled these concerns with prompt attention, courtesy, and professionalism.

The trip aligned perfectly with what we had told the Zicasso travel company we wanted to experience. Communication was prompt throughout; our questions were always answered quickly and the follow-up was thorough.
There were a couple of minor issues, including one technical glitch with their application not updating information, which caused a minor scheduling misstep, but throughout the entire trip, they were always available to help and quick to resolve the issues.

Zicasso's travel company did great. Every detail was well planned and thought out. The biggest exception was a lack of communication before we proceeded on our trip, causing the final payment to be delayed. Our travel specialist put together a 54-page booklet that outlined every detail of the trip, from hotels and tours to restaurants.
