Our trip was fantastic. The guides were excellent. The Madrid wine tour guide was excellent, our guide for the walking tour of Barcelona was excellent, our guide for the walking tour of Madrid city was excellent, and our guide for Tarragona and Sitges was excellent. We were so pleased with all the tours that I will not change anything for our next trip with you guys. I appreciate your company and the way you handle things. Zicasso’s travel specialist and her team did an excellent job planning and executing our trip and itinerary. My husband and I felt the pace of the trip, tours, transfers, etc. was perfect for us. I have some mobility issues that the team was aware of and we felt that each tour guide was very understanding and planned accordingly.
We saw so many beautiful sites that blew us away! The restaurant recommendations were spot-on and memorable! Communications were clear and timely. We were very pleased with our hotel choices as well!

The travel company was wonderful. Always available to help. The tours and guides were very good. We did not have anything that the travel company and our travel specialist did not work with us quickly to settle any questions we had. We plan to use Zicasso on our next trip to Europe.

Zicasso’s travel agent and his team did a terrific job planning a two-and-a-half-week trip for my husband and myself. He understood what we were looking for in terms of a mix of guided tours and time to explore on our own, a mix of history and nature, a mix of urban and natural beauty, and planned an itinerary which reflected all of this. He always responded quickly when I raised questions or wanted further clarification during the planning phase before our trip.
During our trip, he and his team member always responded quickly when we had any questions. We were updated each day with the itinerary for the next day, including contact information for drivers. Transitions went smoothly.
Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short by two days due to a death in the family. They were so incredibly kind and took care of all of the required changes. But as important as taking care of the details and changes, what stood out to us the most was how caring, kind, and responsive the team was before and throughout the trip. They were genuinely invested in us enjoying their beautiful country and in offering us activities we would not necessarily have found on our own.

Our trip to Portugal was absolutely amazing. It exceeded our expectations, and everything felt so well-organized and executed. My family loved all of the tours and different activities, and we felt very well cared for and taken care of.
The best type of vacation, especially when traveling with kids, is the one where you don't have to worry about anything. This was exactly what we experienced on this trip. The drivers, tour guides, hotel staff, etc., were amazing, knowledgeable, and reliable. We would absolutely use this company the next time we travel!

Our visit to Bath and London was great. I told Zicasso’s travel agent what we wanted to see and how much time we wanted to be in England, and he put together a great plan. The accommodations were great, the tour guides were amazing, and all the transfers were on time and very personable. The travel app was very easy to use and helpful.
