The trip was fabulous! I can’t recommend Zicasso's travel specialist enough. She was responsive, informative, and accommodating. She took the time to get to know what we wanted and how we like to travel. She worked up a beautiful schedule, leaving nothing to chance.

It was a great vacation. It was our first trip to Europe and I was nervous to plan a trip on my own. Seeing how easy and stress-free Zicasso's travel company made everything, I will always use a travel company for our big trips. Our consultants were always accessible, attentive, and really paid attention to detail.

The team at Zicasso’s tour operator extended an incredible amount of patience and willingness to flex with some very last-minute and unexpected obstacles to my travel. Accommodations, tours, reservations, and ground transportation all required changes; the tour operator handled these concerns with prompt attention, courtesy, and professionalism.
During initial planning, my needs were thoroughly considered and the tour operator made excellent recommendations as we built an exciting itinerary. From my arrival to Italy through my departure, the accommodations, companies, and vendors chosen by the tour operator all contributed to a true luxury experience.

The trip aligned perfectly with what we had told the Zicasso travel company we wanted to experience. Communication was prompt throughout; our questions were always answered quickly and the follow-up was thorough.
There were a couple of minor issues, including one technical glitch with their application not updating information, which caused a minor scheduling misstep, but throughout the entire trip, they were always available to help and quick to resolve the issues.

We had a wonderful trip to Portugal with the help of Zicasso's travel company. From the planning stages to the execution of the carefully planned itinerary, we were very pleased and would happily recommend to others!

The trip was wonderful. All the hotels that Zicasso’s travel agent chose were lovely and located in city centers. All the guides were knowledgeable and on time. Drivers that she scheduled were prompt, and train tickets pre-purchased made navigating the station easier. The app was easy to follow. The team quickly responded when one of our trains was cancelled and has ordered us a refund since we had to repurchase new tickets. Still waiting on that!
The only suggestion I would have is selecting a different guide in Toledo. I’m sure the travel agent did not pick him, but he was our least favorite.

Zicasso’s travel specialist was attentive, flexible, and easy to work with. He created a unique itinerary that was perfect for us. When little issues came up, he was easily accessible and quickly provided a resolution.
The travel specialist made our honeymoon extremely special and we will definitely use Zicasso’s travel company again!
