Zicasso's travel specialist planned and organized a wonderful vacation for our family of 10! All the tours, tour guides, drivers, and hotels were on point.
All the drivers, guides, and transfers were on time and super-helpful and friendly. He took the stress out of planning our trip so we could just relax and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely use them again!

Zicasso's travel company did great. Every detail was well planned and thought out. The biggest exception was a lack of communication before we proceeded on our trip, causing the final payment to be delayed. Our travel specialist put together a 54-page booklet that outlined every detail of the trip, from hotels and tours to restaurants.

Every step organized with our Zicasso travel specialist was seamless. Everything went as planned. All the hotels, guides, and tours selected were wonderful, and all the transportation types (trains, planes) were mostly very easy to navigate going between Barcelona, Sevilla, and Madrid.
The travel specialist was always available to discuss any aspect of the trip, including during our stay in Spain. We give the travel company an excellent review and will recommend Zicasso to our friends!

The trip was wonderful. All the hotels that Zicasso’s travel agent chose were lovely and located in city centers. All the guides were knowledgeable and on time. Drivers that she scheduled were prompt, and train tickets pre-purchased made navigating the station easier. The app was easy to follow. The team quickly responded when one of our trains was cancelled and has ordered us a refund since we had to repurchase new tickets. Still waiting on that!
The only suggestion I would have is selecting a different guide in Toledo. I’m sure the travel agent did not pick him, but he was our least favorite.

I did not receive a cake on my 60th birthday from our hotel in Lisbon, as I wanted. They did send me chocolate, which I specifically stated I was allergic to.
Your quick response to the breakfast issue in Porto was excellent.
