The trip was wonderful. All the hotels that Zicasso’s travel agent chose were lovely and located in city centers. All the guides were knowledgeable and on time. Drivers that she scheduled were prompt, and train tickets pre-purchased made navigating the station easier. The app was easy to follow. The team quickly responded when one of our trains was cancelled and has ordered us a refund since we had to repurchase new tickets. Still waiting on that!
The only suggestion I would have is selecting a different guide in Toledo. I’m sure the travel agent did not pick him, but he was our least favorite.

This was the fourth trip we have booked through Zicasso and, once again, it did not disappoint. The travel agent handled every detail excellently; the hotels she chose were all beautiful and met our needs perfectly. The tour guides she arranged were always very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. She was always available for any questions I had and everything moved seamlessly. I would definitely use her again.

Zicasso's travel company did an excellent job curating the trip. The chauffeur/drivers were very knowledgeable and friendly. The transportation vehicles were very nice, new, and comfortable. The hotel selections were beautiful and the restaurants were very good.

Guides were the very best in Bilbao and San Sebastián. My husband and I would recommend this travel company to all travelers interested in a perfect visit to Spain.
