The trip was very well planned and thought out, especially as we were traveling with a four-month-old. Zicasso’s tour company was top of the line, and everything was very luxurious, from the private transportation in very nice vehicles to the private tours and upgrades, and, ultimately, to our travel specialists and the planning support from our travel agent. We had a really great trip!

Our trip was phenomenal, mostly because of our outstanding agent. She planned an itinerary that was perfect for our needs and she was able to manage a couple of minor glitches through her well-developed and user-friendly app. We had lovely hotels, punctual, friendly, and safe drivers, train tickets at our fingertips, and just about everything we needed.

We had a fantastic time and loved visiting all the places you organized for us. We really appreciated your responsiveness, your ability to anticipate our needs, and your meticulous organization of our agenda. We felt completely at ease and enjoyed our vacation with all the advance preparation and customization you did to maximize our experience. We loved how most of the places we visited were gems and didn’t have many tourists. Sincere thanks again for all your efforts.

Zicasso’s travel agent and his team did a terrific job planning a two-and-a-half-week trip for my husband and myself. He understood what we were looking for in terms of a mix of guided tours and time to explore on our own, a mix of history and nature, a mix of urban and natural beauty, and planned an itinerary which reflected all of this. He always responded quickly when I raised questions or wanted further clarification during the planning phase before our trip.
During our trip, he and his team member always responded quickly when we had any questions. We were updated each day with the itinerary for the next day, including contact information for drivers. Transitions went smoothly.
Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short by two days due to a death in the family. They were so incredibly kind and took care of all of the required changes. But as important as taking care of the details and changes, what stood out to us the most was how caring, kind, and responsive the team was before and throughout the trip. They were genuinely invested in us enjoying their beautiful country and in offering us activities we would not necessarily have found on our own.

Our trip to Portugal was absolutely amazing. It exceeded our expectations, and everything felt so well-organized and executed. My family loved all of the tours and different activities, and we felt very well cared for and taken care of.
The best type of vacation, especially when traveling with kids, is the one where you don't have to worry about anything. This was exactly what we experienced on this trip. The drivers, tour guides, hotel staff, etc., were amazing, knowledgeable, and reliable. We would absolutely use this company the next time we travel!

We enjoyed the diverse landscapes and varying villages and cities we visited. Each area had its own personality and gave us a good educational and cultural experience. Zicasso’s travel company did a fabulous job with our accommodations in every location, as well as the wonderful meals and menus chosen for us, and the planned stops and activities on our route.
