Zicasso’s travel specialist and the travel company were fantastic. There were no glitches. Everybody who picked us up (drivers) and the guides were extremely knowledgeable, super-polite, and wonderful. We had an amazing trip. We would highly recommend using this company.

The trip was wonderful. All the hotels that Zicasso’s travel agent chose were lovely and located in city centers. All the guides were knowledgeable and on time. Drivers that she scheduled were prompt, and train tickets pre-purchased made navigating the station easier. The app was easy to follow. The team quickly responded when one of our trains was cancelled and has ordered us a refund since we had to repurchase new tickets. Still waiting on that!
The only suggestion I would have is selecting a different guide in Toledo. I’m sure the travel agent did not pick him, but he was our least favorite.

We just completed six weeks of travel in Spain. We have been to Spain before. We challenged Zicasso’s travel company to create an in-depth itinerary covering the culture, history, food, and people of Spain. The travel company and the team came through brilliantly.
