Our trip was just what we had hoped for and more! During our trip, she was available anytime we had a question, which wasn't often because of the great planning. We just returned from a three-week trip through Scandinavia. Our trip included stops in Stockholm, Oslo, Aurland, and Bergen, a cruise along the Norwegian coast, and Copenhagen. We are fortunate enough to be able to do two or three international trips a year. This was one of our best trips; a wonderful experience.

We worked closely with Zicasso’s travel designer at the tour company to plan this trip. From our very first contact with her, we found her to be very knowledgeable, with some wonderful ideas. And just as important, she was always super-responsive. The hotels she selected were terrific, the walking tours were very interesting, and our cruise on the cruise boat was unforgettable. We are fussy American travelers and the travel designer was still able to plan a perfect trip. I am already thinking about another trip to book with her and the tour company.

We have used several travel agents over the years and Zicasso's travel agent with this travel company is the gold standard! I can't say enough about how much time and care she puts into all the details! She has great communication skills and is happy to answer any questions or solve any problems. She was very patient in the planning process, listened to all our requests, and made suggestions along the way, tweaking our plans up to the final weeks before take off.

The travel company has one of the best travel apps we have ever used, with every detail for transportation, hotels, excursions, etc. I wish I could use it for all our travel! She checked in frequently along the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly or if we had any questions. This travel agent was amazing; I can't recommend her enough!
