From start to finish, our experience with Zicasso’s travel company was truly exceptional. Before booking our Bali trip, I did extensive research and spoke with at least seven agencies, but from my very first conversation with the travel specialist, I immediately knew this company was different.

And then there was our guide, who was simply extraordinary. We cannot speak highly enough of him. Traveling internationally with an 18-month-old can be demanding, but he took it upon himself to help care for and entertain our son in ways we never expected. He gave us the gift of being able to fully enjoy Bali, our meals, the sights, our experiences, and even simple moments like taking family photos because he was always there with warmth, patience, and genuine affection for our little one. He became so much more than a guide; he became part of what made this trip magical.
Our driver was equally wonderful. He was kind, attentive, and incredibly engaged with our son. In fact, our little one learned both of their names and frequently asked for them, often preferring their company over ours, which honestly says everything about how special they both were.
This wasn’t just a well-planned vacation. It was a deeply personalized, thoughtful, and unforgettable experience created by people who genuinely care about their clients. We left Bali with beautiful memories, immense gratitude, and the feeling that we were cared for every step of the way.

Zicasso’s travel specialist and her entire team did a great job helping us plan our trip to Japan. With five people coming from multiple locations and having many different interests, our travel specialist and the travel company put together a two-week tour for us that was exceptional. The trip was well planned and generally well executed. The hotels were great and the guides were fabulous. We could have used a bit more support on the days we were on our own, with more custom-suggested itineraries, etc. But the planned days worked well and we saw what we wanted.

Great job, all guides and drivers were wonderful. From the time we stepped off the plane until we got back on the plane, Zicasso's travel specialists were hands-on.
