They were very flexible with changes that I wanted to make to the initial itinerary, and then very flexible when I needed to make changes to train tickets one week out from leaving. The hotels were beautiful and the private guides that were picked out were very knowledgeable and friendly.

The information he gave us about arrival was on the travel statement, just small print at the bottom of the page, and I didn’t notice it.
