My China trip with my 10-year-old grandson exceeded our expectations at every turn, from the welcome and VIP pass through customs to the guides and drivers for each city, to the five-star hotels.
Traveling with a wonderful guide and personal driver has me spoiled and now I don’t want to travel any other way. Zicasso’s travel specialist was extremely helpful in the planning of our travels, listening to what we wanted and making all our dreams come true!

Zicasso’s travel specialist was a great resource in assisting us plan a trip to Thailand. We decided "last minute" (February) to plan a trip to Thailand in March and although it was a very short timeline, the travel specialist jumped into action and created several possible itineraries. We had a call so he could better understand our goals and with only a few tweaks, we signed off on a 12-day plan and off we went.
He is very personable and has experience living and traveling in the region, so he could speak first-hand on some of the recommendations. He was very thorough in helping us think through all the details; ie., packing, transportation, guides, drivers, money exchange, battery packs, passports, etc., etc. We did have a few questions while we were in Thailand and he was responsive to our queries.
The local guides and drivers in Thailand were all very good and we totally appreciated having that level of support, which was a first for us. It set a new level of travel for my husband and me. Zicasso’s travel company planned an incredible trip for our family of four (including two teens) to Japan. From the beautiful hotel accommodations to the intricate train and subway transfers, the details of our trip were carefully planned and customized to our schedule.
Our travel specialist took time to answer all of our questions and plan sightseeing itineraries to accomplish all of our wish list! I really appreciated the detailed information on how to fill out luggage transfer forms or how to use the IC metro cards.
Our tour guides were locals who were extremely knowledgeable in everything from historical facts to pop culture and off-the-beaten-path finds. We're already missing Japan and can't wait to plan our next trip with the travel company.

Having had Japan during the cherry blossom season on our bucket list for a very long time, it was important to use the services of an experienced and trustworthy travel agent. The icing on the cake included a private traditional tea ceremony, a visit to an out-of-the-way tea plantation, and a remarkable remote temple where we were the only people present.
