Our travel specialist and his entire team went above and beyond to ensure our journey was safe, seamless, and completely worry-free. He was always available to answer questions—whether about security concerns (the Middle East war began just weeks before our departure) or arranging a last-minute day trip to Alexandria while we were still in Luxor. After much back and forth, the eventual choice of our hotel in Cairo was excellent. Our hotel in Alexandria was a beautiful site, although not as convenient as the hotel in Cairo.

The food and the riad where we stayed were excellent. Each riad was beautiful, unique, and offered a quiet respite.

We rode a camel and slept in the Sahara. We traveled through canyons and fields that were endless and beautiful. We ate in the home of a resident of Morocco and our driver introduced us to his family, his sister, and her husband and their children. We got to see the side of Morocco that few tourists see. We walked away wanting to see more.
