Spain Travel Guide

We hired Zicasso to plan our Northern Spain trip as new customers. Zicasso was recommended by a friend. Zicasso gives you two agencies to choose from and the agency we picked was great, with timely responses and no reservation problems during our vacation. We loved the agent's suggested hotels and tour guides. We surely needed the help since we do not speak Spanish and in Northern Spain there is less English spoken than in the bigger cities to the south. We would use Zicasso for a future vacation.

This was an exceptional experience. The tours worked out well and we had great guides throughout. Zicasso’s travel company provided great service in-country. We had a few issues with transportation, but they helped us resolve them (i.e. drivers showed up without the car seats we had arranged for the small children, etc.). Accommodations were excellent and their willingness to adjust helped, especially dealing with the very hot weather this summer.
