We had an absolutely wonderful trip!!! The travel company's assistance was greatly appreciated in planning and providing us with great advice. All the hotels were lovely and their staff very helpful in providing guidance and assistance when requested. All the drivers were professional and very friendly, and all the tour guides were excellent and very personable throughout the trip. We really had an amazing time; the trip, the tours, and the food checked off everything on our “bucket list” in each location, yet we still had time to relax and just enjoy our surroundings.

The itinerary was great and the locations and tour guides were terrific.

Hotels were lovely, though perhaps a bit further away from walkable restaurants in two of our locations than was convenient. The help desk and the different tour guides and transfer drivers were proactive at communicating plans, giving good peace of mind.

We enjoyed every minute of our trip to Wales, Liverpool, and all over Scotland.

Thank you for all of the help planning and then supporting us throughout our trip. The itinerary was planned to visit several villages and cities in Germany, then Paris and London. The transfers, train tickets, and hotel rooms all worked out perfectly. Even more notable was a death in my family, which caused us to delay and change the trip somewhat. The trip was great. Zicasso’s travel agent did a terrific job of tailoring the trip to our expectations. We had no snags with travel or tours, nice hotels, and small groups, as we requested.

The 10-day trip allowed us to see a number of areas of Scotland and get a good feel for each. We loved the uniqueness of each area we visited. Traveling in mini-buses, private cars, and on trains provided the variety we sought. We will definitely use this company for this type of trip in the future.
