The recommended excursions and private guides that accompanied them were excellent. Excellent organizational planning and travel logistics by Zicasso's travel company. Destination book is an extremely valuable tool for organizing, managing, and storing travel docs, tickets, passes, map directions, and contact information. It really made things easy!

The hotel selections were very good and well located. We would have preferred a slightly larger room in Vienna and Luzern; however, they were clean and efficient, with excellent staff. The dinner suggestions that we did follow were very good.

Our travel specialist was great to work with, had it dialed in. We look forward to working with the travel companty's team for our next trip to northern Europe.

They did a job from start to finish. During the brainstorming phase, they had great suggestions and listened carefully to what we were looking for on this trip. Once we got into the execution phase, we were given a 30+ page itinerary for a two-week trip, which was well thought out, organized, and incredibly helpful. Their work was exemplary and made our trip smooth and stress-free. The level of attention to detail was extraordinary, and we are very detail-oriented travelers, which is not always easy for planners, but they responded promptly and in detail to all of our questions.

Our trip was great. Zicasso’s travel company was very responsive to all of our emails and prepared a detailed itinerary that combined all of the trip elements we were looking for. They also made very helpful suggestions regarding places to see. We liked the hotels they selected and found their restaurant recommendations to be very helpful.

The trip was well conceived and set up. It was a perfect mix of guides and free time. Communication with Zicasso's travel company throughout the process was excellent. As is often the case, we had a few small glitches, mostly our fault.

We want to especially commend our travel specialist. She managed the process. Perhaps more importantly, she made herself instantly available throughout the trip and resolved issues immediately and well.
