Tuscany Travel Guide

Picturesque rolling hills, terraced vineyards, and pebbled streets lined with cypress trees create the celebrated image of Tuscany. Medieval towns with soaring towers and cobblestone streets crown the bluffs, while beautiful estates offer samples of historic wines and luscious olive oils. The Renaissance takes on life among the museum galleries and preserved palaces, while hidden corners of the region retain their beauty through national parks and Unesco statuses. Our Tuscany Travel Guide has more information on how to enjoy the combination of expected wonders and surprising treasures during your trip.

England, France, Italy Vacation Review: London, Rome, 3 Weeks

The trip was fabulous. The only negative was the heat and I don't think you control that. We had a few small hiccups, but the support team was on top of them each time. Very professional and on top of things.

We had five guides on this trip and each was fantastic. Our guides in London, France, and Italy were all wonderful. Their English was good and their stories and context were wonderful.

The hotels were good. We all liked the one in Rome the best, but all were good.

My family had a fabulous time and I would recommend Zicasso's travel company highly and use them in the future.

Italy Family Trip Review: Venice, Florence, Rome, Amalfi Coast, Guides, 2 Weeks

We cannot recommend Zicasso's travel company enough!! Our family just got back from a two-week trip to Italy (starting in Venice, then Florence, Rome, and the Amalfi Coast). Our travel specialists did an incredible job planning our trip and it was an experience of a lifetime!! We had the best time in every city!

Everything was seamless, from the events and tours we had planned to the transportation from city to city. What we loved most was how our tour guides were all natives of the areas we were visiting, so they offered unique perspectives on every part of Italy. Also, our travel specialists, being local to Italy, helped us plan some really special things to do (walking wine-window tour, bike ride in Tuscany, boat taxi to Burano to visit the small town where lace is still being made, and a Capri boat tour). All of our guides were English-speaking and absolutely wonderful!

We had frequent communication with our travel specialists regarding scheduled plans and if we had questions, they were readily available via WhatsApp.

I also turned 55 while on vacation and our travel specialists were kind enough to send Prosecco, wine, and some wonderful Italian snacks to our room. This was, by far, the best family vacation we have ever taken and we will definitely be vacationing with them in the future. If you're considering vacationing with this travel company, don't hesitate! They are fabulous and leave no stone unturned to make sure you have the best experience possible!!!

Italy, Greece Trip Review: 3 Weeks

Zicasso helped make our trip an incredible experience from beginning to end. The trip outline was excellent and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned, detailed, and easy to follow. I also appreciated how customizable everything was. They listened to what we wanted and were extremely helpful in tailoring the trip to fit our preferences.

Every part of the experience was handled with professionalism. The communication was excellent, everyone was punctual, and the customer service was outstanding. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of.

The entire trip was well organized and we always felt prepared and supported. I would highly recommend Zicasso to anyone looking for a professionally planned, personalized, and stress-free vacation.

Italy, France Tour Review: Rome, Paris, Vatican, Colosseum, Louvre, Versailles, Eiffel Tower, Vespa Sidecar Tour, Cooking and Baking, Sewer Tour, 1 Week

We had a short but action-packed week: three nights in Rome and four nights in Paris. Our Zicasso travel specialist was terrific to work with, very responsive in planning and execution. Accommodations, guides, and activities were all first class and well balanced. We saw all the appropriate sites (Vatican, Colosseum, Louvre, Versailles, Eiffel Tower) and had some great alternative activities (Vespa sidecar tour, cooking and bakery classes, Paris sewer tour!). VIP service at the airports was a game changer. We'll be back.
