Greece Family Travel Guide

We had a wonderful time on our trip, thanks to the planning and attention to detail by Zicasso’s travel agent and the travel company. Planning the trip with the travel agent was a breeze and she followed up daily to ensure that things were going as planned. We could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this travel company to anyone without any reservations (no pun intended).

Using Zicasso’s travel company was the best service we could have used. They were so helpful and responsive during the planning stages. And their prompt attention to our inquiries while we were on the trip was priceless.

We traveled to Chania, Crete, Naxos, and Athens. The accommodations were excellent and varied on the various islands. The trip was very balanced and there were no glitches with the scheduled transportation or tours. The room selections, tour guides, and travel partners were all top-notch!

We will definitely be using their services on our next adventure!

Zicasso’s travel specialist and her team took care of every detail and planned a perfect Greek vacation for us! The team was always available via a messaging app for any questions or problems we had. When our flight was delayed, they took care of contacting our driver and the hotel about our late arrival.

Activities and restaurant recommendations were on point. I also really appreciated the call before the trip to review everything in detail and get any questions answered. We will definitely plan another vacation with them. Book with them now! You can’t go wrong.

It was, overall, a pretty seamless process. The Zicasso team provided a great itinerary, but they were able to make adjustments. They were pretty responsive and patient with our questions before we left and they were also pretty responsive while traveling.

There were no major hiccups and the ones that occurred were promptly resolved. The main issues, I think, were related to the fact that their main support team, which we were in contact with, was US-based, so there was sometimes a lag in some communications while abroad. Then they used their own email address and my phone number for contact information when booking a lot of things, so confirmation or update messages went to them (again, we'd get them forwarded with a bit of a delay due to time zones). I'm unsure if anyone tried to call me because I had an eSIM with no phone number access, except through WhatsApp. Those things could be easily addressed, though. I also think a couple of the issues were maybe the fault of a second party they worked with in Greece.

Overall, I would work with them again.

Overall, the trip exceeded our expectations and was truly a memorable experience for Stacey and me. We absolutely loved Greece, especially Santorini and Paros, and the hotels and experiences throughout the trip were outstanding. Our resort in Santorini was especially exceptional and truly a cut above.

We also really appreciated the level of care and attention throughout the trip. When a few things did not go exactly as planned, both Zicasso’s travel specialists were very attentive on WhatsApp and quick to pivot and make things right, which meant a lot to us in the moment. That level of service and responsiveness really stood out.

What an incredible way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We are very grateful to you both for helping create such a special and memorable experience for us.
