Zicasso’s travel agent was fantastic from beginning to end! We had a brief call to understand our goals and our preferences, and she made a custom itinerary from there. She was available as needed and kept in touch frequently, including during our trip. We also had an app with all our schedule and needed documents, which was quite helpful and did not require an international phone plan or even Wi-Fi to use. We had an amazing time and would recommend them highly.

Overall, the trip was perfect. Our Zicasso ravel agent built us an itinerary that was filled with many great and interesting activities that kept us busy and very active during our vacation.

Thank you for all of the help planning and then supporting us throughout our trip. The itinerary was planned to visit several villages and cities in Germany, then Paris and London. The transfers, train tickets, and hotel rooms all worked out perfectly. Even more notable was a death in my family, which caused us to delay and change the trip somewhat. Zicasso’s travel company was extremely supportive and again helped plan the trip with a few changes. I highly recommend the travel company.

Everything was very well planned out according to the places we wanted to visit. We had admission tickets for the events and museums we wanted to visit.
