Wonderful! We did and saw a lot, and everything went smoothly. Zicasso's travel designer was very responsive to our questions and listened to what our expectations were for our trip. She really was a pleasure to work with. When she was out of the office, her colleagues were equally responsive and easy to work with.

My wife and I just returned from a two-week trip in France that was mostly organized by the travel company. Zicasso's travel designer organized all of the transportation, accommodations, and activities for a combined week-long stay in Normandy and in Paris. In addition, she coordinated transportation and tours for us and a group of friends who joined us for a cooking school in the Loire Valley after our first week in France. The travel company did not plan the cooking school event.

The planning process started with a telephone conversation with our travel designer. I described our travel style, what we wanted to see and do, and a rough budget, and she came back with a preliminary itinerary. We had a second conversation and adjusted that itinerary to match with our travel and budget needs. I thought she was very helpful and responsive to this part of the process.

Overall, we were very pleased with the service and the product we got from the travel company. Everything was very well coordinated and well organized.

The only glitch we had was upon arrival in France. Our driver was not there to meet us at the airport. I texted her and she quickly contacted the driver and solved the issue (he couldn't find parking). In addition, we happened to be there when there was a potential work stoppage by air-traffic controllers and other government employees. Our travel designer proactively reached out to me to inform us of the situation. I really appreciated that.

Our accommodations were all excellent and very well located. The small group tours and private guides we had were also very well qualified and professional. In addition, the travel company had an app which contained the itinerary, travel documents, and other useful information. That was pretty slick!

I've mentioned our travel designer in this review, but she also works with a team of other people. Everyone we worked with was great and we wouldn't hesitate to use the travel company again should the need arise.

Zicasso provided us with several travel companies to speak with so we could decide the best fit for our trip. This is really important to us in determining which company would best meet our needs. They also provided multiple companies to choose from to select trip insurance. These services really helped save us time in the planning process.

We had a fantastic trip to Strasbourg, Paris, Bayeux, and Amboise. The travel company did an amazing job connecting us with high-quality guides and activities. Our accommodations were well situated and comfortable. The app helped keep us on track and included all of the key information we needed during our itinerary. We would recommend the travel company to others who are planning a trip to France.

We have worked with several excellent travel planners through Zicasso, but this travel planner took our travel experience to a higher level. Her first itinerary proposal was almost perfect. We did not need to adjust much. She was extremely responsive throughout the planning process and while we were in France. (We saw her in person four times!)

At our request, she planned an activity-packed vacation and everything went flawlessly. Her attention to detail and her support during the trip was truly superb. She quickly and cheerfully made changes on the spot if requested. I cannot speak more highly of this travel planner and her level of professionalism. Her personal touches throughout our trip were thoughtful and elegant. She is truly a gem and by far the best travel agent (and company) we have used to date in our travels.

We spent nine wonderful days in France. Zicasso's tour operator listened to everything we wanted to see, do, and eat! Every day was well planned, down to purchasing our train tickets and scheduling rides to and from the airport, trains, and daily tours. She gave us maps and set us up with professional, knowledgeable guides. If we needed her, she was always readily available via WhatsApp text. We highly recommend working with her!!!!
