Spain Tours in September

The trip to Spain was amazing. Zicasso's travel agency did a fantastic job of arranging experiences and tours. Far better than if I had tried to do things myself. However, the most important part was how they took care of the problems. Our plane to Madrid was over four hours late. When we got off the plane and got back in contact, they already had a plan to fix things!

It's hard to put into just a few words how wonderful our experience was working with Zicasso's travel agency. From our first conversation with our agent, we knew we had made the right decision to work with them. Every one of our guides was highly experienced, local, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging. Transportation arrangements were well timed and all drivers were helpful and friendly. Our accommodations were all incredibly well situated in the heart of each city we visited.

Perhaps, above all, we felt incredibly well taken care of. We had a minor health concern partway through our trip and the agency made sure that every subsequent guide and driver was aware of, concerned about, and accommodated us.

The trip arranged by Zicasso's travel specialist was amazing! The itinerary she assembled for us included everything we had requested when first discussing what we wanted to see and do in Spain. Every transfer, train ride, and flight was on time and executed in a highly professional manner.

Our tour guides were extremely proficient in their knowledge and interpersonal skills. All of our hotels were four-star or better, with very clean and comfortable rooms, and a convenient location to the specific area we were visiting.

Without question, we would work with this travel partner again. The travel specialist and her assistant provided excellent support throughout our entire trip, always being available to answer any questions we had.

All information was thorough and the planned itinerary met our needs. Our hotels were acceptable and our guides were top-notch and very knowledgeable. The highlight for me was the Alhambra in Granada. Thank you very much.
