The trip was great.

It was a fabulous vacation. The details were attended to and we were successful in all of our various destinations. Drivers met us on time, to the minute!, and transfers were smooth. The itinerary, planned by Zicasso’s travel agents, worked out perfectly. We had the ideal mix of city/rural areas.

This was our first time using Zicasso, but it will not be our last.

We had one small hotel booking issue that was very quickly resolved. They are immediately responsive. Zicasso offered two choices of tour companies. They both offered very personalized and customizable itineraries. After discussions with both, we chose this tour company.

We traveled in a near-new, seven-passenger Mercedes SUV with our guide/driver. He was professional, personable, and amazingly informative. While not part of our itinerary, when we saw that we were not far from Fatima, we asked if it might be possible to go there. He immediately adjusted our itinerary and added it to our trip. We expect that all of the tour company's guides are equally competent, but our driver set a very high standard.
