Zicasso’s travel agent and I discussed what I wanted to see and experience on a trip to Norway. She presented me with a very detailed itinerary that, indeed, included everything on my list. All of the pick-ups, transfers (luggage and people), and tours were seamless. The tours she set up for us were either private or with very small groups, which, for the amount of money we were spending, seemed appropriate.
When there were any changes in our itinerary once we were on the road, she communicated promptly and resolved any potential issues in advance for us. She also checked in at various times along the way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I felt that we were in professional and capable hands the whole time.

Our Scandinavian trip was so fantastic that I wish I could give Zicasso's travel agency and our agent 100 stars!!! Even that would not be enough. Everything was perfect, from transportation to hotels to excursions to tour guides, etc.

We had a magnificent trip. Zicasso's travel designer did a fabulous job; she listened to our desires and developed an ideal itinerary. From the accommodations, guides, and seamless transfers to the "inside" tips from her experiences, it was a definite first-class experience.
Almost equally impressive was how she was able to make a few very last-minute adjustments to our itinerary without issue. We highly recommend the travel company and our travel designer in particular if you are considering travel to this very beautiful and unique part of the world.

Zicasso's travel consultant at the tour company was amazing! She was so helpful in the planning stages. She met with us on Zoom several times until we got it right. Our trip was just what we had hoped for and more! During our trip, she was available anytime we had a question, which wasn't often because of the great planning. I would highly recommend the tour company.

We loved the troll tour of the Ring Road. Our guide was great. It was very active, with some hilly climbs, which were challenging. Most of the tour hotels were good, but there were limited food choices in some locations, especially for vegetarians.
Our hotel in Reykjavík was fun and we enjoyed the restaurant there. The hotel was a bit noisy at night. We found and recommend a local café across from the Hallgrímskirkja as well.
In Norway, we loved our rooms in Bergen, looking out on the water. Our driver there was very nice. We enjoyed the train to Flåm, but wished we’d had two nights in our hotel in Balestrand, as it was exceptional. Food was included and very nice. We might have enjoyed a day tour with a local guide if we’d had more time. The ferries worked well.
